Quite clean and lots of facilities, the room size was big, large toilet with rain shower and warm water. Good quality fitness equipment and swimming pool.

The location was quite far from town and department stores, little bit far from public transportation (if you want to walk from sky train station) there was a high way quite close to the building and you can hear sound of the car driving at nighttime.

Easy check in&out , nice lobby and the rooms have been revamped since I was here previously. Breakfast is excellent with egg,pancake, various other stations for freshly prepared items to your liking. So much choice. Nice pool, good gym. Close to Lak Si BTS with a choice of pink and red (commuter) lines so easy access to Bang Sue Station or DMK Airport. Or use Grab & Bolt Apps for taxi. In the rooms they have very comfortable beds, large bathroom, extra seating area with table. Fridge, tea/coffee. Nice quiet aircon. Rooms are quiet considering you are so close to the main transport links. The re is a 7/11 across the road (access via footbridge) & the I.T. Mall @ Lak Si. Enjoy

Shame there isn't a compliment shuttle to and from Lak Si / I.T Mall.

This hotel used to be my go-to when I was staying in that area. During the covid years it fell into disgrace run down or staff poor food. But I was willing to give it another try and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurants have been renovated and updated the rooms have been renovated and updated absolutely beautiful. And the food offerings dinner buffet was exceptional breakfast was 90% of what it was before covid still needs a little work as many of the items were cold that should have been hot. This hotel is definitely worth a stay

The breakfast buffet could have a little bit more variety and several of the items including the eggs waffles French toast were cooked hours before and serve cold

The staff is great, very polite, professional and helpful. The room was clean bust I can see a bit of dust and some finger prints on the mirror, but for the rest I cannot really complain. The room dimensions were great, I loved the bed and the pillows, very comfortable and clean.

As an Hotel General Manager I can say that the room is dated, need a good refresh, for a 5 star hotel in 2024 we expected at least a smart tv. The breakfast wasn't well managed, many things were missing, and if you don't say nothing to the staff, they don't refill it. I think it's because they look understaffed. At dinner the staff was great but, because we had the buffet promotion, we can just order water, some food was undercooked, and again we had to inform the staff for the food that was missing. The Air conditioning system it's very dated and noisy.

You can hear a slight sound of the highway from the rooms. But it’s more like white noise The room service food was low and overpriced. The restaurant food was stunning though

The breakfast is wonderful i love all their foods, they serve all kinds of foods u may like and enjoy, the fruits and desserts,vegetables are fresh and i love everything,the staff are very accommodating

what i dnt like is the lady who can not speak english when she answered the phone and keep telling me i dial wrong number ,but i dialed 0 for customer service, and i told her put me on thevphone with somebody who can speak english and she can’t understand so i need to drop the call and call again

Easy to get to Don Mueang Airport and security staff very helpfiul in getting Meter taxis. The hotel is in excellent condition and worth the 5 stat rating,. A very luxurious ambience and the rooms are very modern and well maintained. Excellent swimming pool and helpful staff. Worth every penny and a lot cheaper than hotels nearer the centre.

A bit pickey, although a great selection but a lot of the breakfast items could be hotter.

Everything except one thing (see next section) Lovely big room and comfortable room, clean and well equipped. The staff were lovely. Food in the restaurant in the evening was nice if not a little expensive. Enjoyed a few hours by the pool in the morning which was nice (but the road noise was very loud). Quick to/from Don Meung Airport.

The breakfast was such a let down. I had pancakes - cold. So went for the French toast- cold. Then had the eggs benedict - cold and the worst of the lot. What a shame. If you can't serve things as they're meant to be served, don't serve them.

We got the hotel since it was close to the airport (DMK) and we needed to catch an early flight the next morning. But it's far from the city center. Very grand in size and room was spacious and clean. Good TV media selection. Did not use the pool facility so cannot comment. Overall good stay.

Poor communication with hotel. I tried to set up an airport transfer when we arrived by sending them an email the day prior to our arrival; no answer/no assistance. Then they advertise "free transportation" on their web page; when I ask about an airport shuttle for the next morning, they said there isn't any and we had to get our own taxi. Check-in (at 1am in the morning) however was smooth and the staff was nice.

I had a fantastic one-night stay at the Miracle Grand Convention Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all my needs were met. The location is great, especially for those flying in or out of Don Mueang Airport. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of tasty options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!
