Very clean, value for money, nice and friendly staff, good cafe downstairs

Location is a bit off, away from all attractions and you would have to spend money for transport every day if you are planning to cover alliteration during your stay in BKK, also, far from airport The bathroom has no shower curtains, so it wet the whole floor when you shower.

We came straight from the airport and the staff were happy to accommodate our early check in time. The room was clean and cool with a lovely view. It's also in a very peaceful area which was great. Happy we found this gem.

The location was quiet and the staff were great, aswell as good internet. despite my extremely limited Thai knowledge the staff were helpful with anything i had questions about. You pay for what you get. The TV has Thai Cable, if you want to watch foreign media i reccomend bringing a media player or USB-C/Thunderbolt to HDMI to stream your own media.

The location is further out from the city centre, you have great access to the weekend market if you choose to go. I used Grab for my primary form of transportation, it cost me about ~300-500bhat to get anywhere in the city, and usually ~300bhat to get back. If youre planning on spending alot of time in the city centre the location could be a downside with transportation costs, but thats the only downside i can talk about. It could be more economical for you to get a hotel closer into the city if it cuts transportation costs.

We were in the family suite. Spacious, clean, comfy queen beds in two separate rooms, two bathrooms, strong ACs, common room, separate kitchenette with fridge, sink, dishes, utensils, and microwave. We were only doing an overnight while on transit as it is close to Don Mueang but wish we would have stayed here for our earlier 4 days in Bangkok. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend you do as well. It was down a bit of a dark alley but there was a 7-11 and several restaurants close by. Because it is not in the city center, and you will be paying for transit everywhere you go, we give it a solid 9.5/10. For reference, we are a Canadian family with teenagers

Everything was excellent

The hotel is comparatively close to the BKK airport, but it doesn't look like a hotel for 1 night. A 7/11 was just 2 minutes walk away, with a small store located right in front of it. While it's a bit far from central Bangkok, with its main tourist attractions and shopping malls, we did discover a nice and spacious one - The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan - which wasn’t too far and was on the way to the city center

Friendly, helpful, professional staff, spacious, clean, and comfortable room with comfortable bed and pillows, small gym room, close to street food shops and 7-11, only 10 minute drive to Don Mueang airport (early morning) so if you're looking for a place for your transit or an early flight, this is the place. For long stay, good enough for that as well but commute could be a bit of work without personal scooter/car.

Parking can be limited when it's fully booked

We stayed for 3 weeks and would come back again. They have very clean and spacious rooms, lots of surfaces and large desk area that fits 2 people. Very comfortable bed and clean washroom. Neighbourhood is quiet. Fitness centre has enough to use, treadmill and free weights. Restaurant is reasonably priced and has good quality food options. Very close to 7-11. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Limited options for what is within walking distance, you can find cafes and restaurants nearby but it's not a very touristy area. Not close to big malls or attractions so you need to get a ride to explore anywhere.

the staff was very kind and helpful. they had delicious room service that was very budget friendly, the room was very comfortable, it had a smart TV and a mini fridge for leftover food and drinks.

the location is not close to any of the good food or entertainment spots so be prepared to take a grab to these places

Very good location if you want to stay overnight before going to Immigration at Chaeng Wattana Government Complex (10 minutes away by car).

Bathroom lights are far too bright. They disturb you if you have to go to the toilet during the night.
