everything was good & the lobby is nice,

facilities close early & the lighting turn off after 8pm which we cant even go there sit & relax

The room we stayed was really comfortable! The hotel is close to the Donmueang airport, MOCA and some convention centres, but far from the other attractions (if you consider this to be a spot for exploring the city it’s in my opinion not the best place). We didn’t use the pool and any other facilities so I don’t know how are they. But the staff didn’t tell us anything about them when we checked in.

It was not top notch cleaned, I saw some hairs on the floor when we entered the room. We stayed in executive suite that was supposed to have city view but instead we got the view on concrete wall. Luckily it was possible to move to other room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

The breakfast was disappointing at the right hand wing building. The room in the right hand wing building was noisy.

We arrived late at night but our room smelled a little of cigarette smoke, the staff quickly changed our room with no fuss. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, everything worked, couldn’t have asked for more. Water pressure and shower height were also great. The breakfast buffet was very good, catering for many different diets.

Only downside was location, although close to airport, was quite far from tourist areas - 1 hour by grab taxi.

This property had just about everything you would expect at a fine hotel, but our favorite part was 24 hour room service and convenience store. The staff was very friendly and got us taxis almost instantly at all hours of the day.

We had to ask a couple of times for bathroom supplies (hand soap etc), before it was finally delivered to the room. Although we knew it was not in central Bangkok when we booked it, it really impacted our ability to go on tours, or easily access nightlife/restaurants over the two days we stayed.

You’re treated like royalty from the start to end! Everyone greets you with smiles and is runs to help you with anything. One of the times, the guard was busy for a second, and one of the front desk staff ran all the way across the lobby to get the door for me, making sure I don’t have to open it myself. They also help you carry your heavy bags to your hotel room for you, and more. you feel like you’re taken care of every step of the way. After a tiring trip staying in hostels, this was exactly what I needed to end my trip. Also the rooms are extremely clean, new, and comfy. Wifi is high speed, though I wasn’t able to check the exact speed as I normally do. The pressure of the shower, don’t even get me started. One of the best showers of my life. I wanted to stay for more nights! It’s also super close to the airport which helps. I’ll be staying here again next time. Totally worth it. Look no further if you want a comfy stay somewhere. A new hotel which is clean and has well specified rooms with the quietest air conditioning I have ever encountered. The shower room was very good and the entrance to the hotel impressive. We booked it for just one night as it is close to Don Meung airport.

Although our room was facing a very busy road, we couldn’t hear any traffic noise but an elevated train line was at the same level as our room and it was possible to hear the occasional train rattling through until after midnight and starting again about 5.30 in the morning. Not very noisy but would be enough to disturb a light sleeper. Perhaps the rooms facing the car park at the rear of the building would be better for light sleepers. Breakfast buffet had limited options for non Thai visitors.

Clean, spacious, excellent food, and super friendly staff.

Not a thing. Every single thing I could think of was on par or better than anyone could think of. If you are in Bangkok, it is not near the downtown, shopping or entertainment district. Choose this location based on the area you are visiting or doing business.

Room was very clean & complete with all needed ammenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was seamless. It's not walking distance from anything of interest to us so we mainly ordered via the Grab app for food & transportation, and we loved the 24-hr mini mart on the ground floor. About 30 mins drive to the Don Mueang International Airport.
