Hotel is located perfectly for a visit to Chatuchak market - it is only a short walk to get there. Getting to any other touristy places in Bangkok will be more of a struggle as the hotel is located in a more local area where you would need a tuk tuk or a taxi to get to the nearest metro station. The communication with the staff over Booking messages was great, as they do not have 24/7 reception it was easy to arrange time of arrival. The room was clean and looked brand new and modern.

Wifi was very weak in the room, it was only picking up fine downstairs in the reception area. The room was tiny, there was barely any space to move around the bed and no space to put the luggage away without blocking access to the bed etc. I was in a double room and struggled to move around, cannot imagine if there were two people with large luggage staying there.

Very nice and clean hotel with shoes off policy. Comfy room, seems to be quite new. Loved that the shower had a sliding door, so the toilet and sink area in the bathroom stays dry. Well functioning airconditioning. Would be nice if the hotel provides some recommendations for breakfast nearby. We found a nice place 1.5 km walking distance (I texted the location to the hotel lady so she can refer this place to future guests). Area around hotel feels very local, almost no tourists in the streets. We liked this a lot. Close to the big chatuchak weekend market, where you find more tourists of course.

Oh my Gosh .. I just love love love this little boutique hotel .. I have to say little .. because .. let's face it .. "Boutique" does equate to .. well kind of small .. but in this case it is a bonus not a minus. I loved the feel of the hotel .. I loved coming 'home' each night to my little Princess room on the fourth floor. Now ... again .. in the manner of full transparency .. there is no lift .. so the fourth floor does mean a four floor walk upstairs .. not an issue for me (and I ain't a young one) but some may struggle with this. The manager Natt was fabulous .. and her communication to me was clear and easy to understand and follow right from the initial stages of booking, through to when I left a few days later. I booked late and so whilst I did request a lower floor the hotel was full but Natt assured me someone would be available to assist with my luggage and when I arrived it was whisked away and placed in my room before I had even fully checked in. My room .. whilst small was so so so clean and beautifully decorated and styled. I wanted to be close to the Chatuchak markets .. and I got my wish .. a short ten minute stroll through streets I felt comfortable both during the day and the night. I will most definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

The place was very near train station and Chatuchak Market. Eventhough the room was small there's a seating area on the first and second floor where you can hang out and eat. Staff also made us a pot of coffee in the morning.

Wish we didn't have to remove shoes to go to our room. Would be great if they gave us slippers. Best for backpackers because it was difficult to climb the stairs with our luggage.

My stay at The Klyde hotel in Bangkok was absolutely fantastic! Natt, the owner, welcomed me with genuine warmth and made me feel at home. The hotel's recent renovation left everything looking fresh and new, from the trendy interior to the fine details in the furniture. It was a peaceful retreat amidst the city's hustle, and a quick 5-minute Grab ride to the Central Mall made it super convenient. Natt's hospitality and the attentive staff made my stay unforgettable. the owner is very kind and super helpful giving directions and sharing local knowledge, the design of the property is great, only details she can improve in the staircase but nothing really important.

However the bamboo blinds at the windows of the room did not really hide the light plus a double glass window would be lovely to avoid noisy street in the mornings.

The host was extremely good in making us feel welcome and was ready to help wherever she could. The whole place felt really clean and 'shiny'. The location was good, walking distance to the Chatuchak market and we needed to take the overnight train to Chiang Mai, so we were close enough to the station to arrive there on time even during busy Saturday evening traffic.

There is no elevator but we were warned about this beforehand by the host, and there are only 3 levels above ground floor, so for us this was no problem at all.

We loved the aesthetic and atmosphere! the room is perfect for solo travelers! Great price too! The staff were super welcoming and the owner was so so helpful! Honestly wouldn’t know what to do without her. Great experience!

the only con would be that there is no elevator. I did have a big luggage and i was also on the 4th floor so that wasn’t the most ideal situation but no biggie.

The location. Unfortunately I don’t know Bangkok and the hotel was far from everything we wanted to do. That’s my fault. But on the topic, the areas near by weren’t the best. Grab is the best solution for that.
