The property offers easy access to the city center and is just 15-20 minutes from DMK Airport. The metro station is right around the corner, and it’s also very close to Chatuchak Weekend Market and a shopping mall. The room is spotless, with daily cleaning and two complimentary bottles of water provided each day. The shower is excellent, with very hot water, and the air conditioning works perfectly.

The standard room is quite small, and the pillows are oversized. The restaurant experience was disappointing—it took over 50 minutes to prepare 2 pizzas, and they were not good.

The room is small but I like how the bed is arranged. The location is closed to MRT Kampangpetch. At first it was hard to find. Take exit 1 and walk on your right at the main road and soon you will see Best Western. Take the escalator to 4th floor, walk past the restaurant and you will see the lobby. Across the road, exit 3 of MRT Kampangpetch, there is a nice food market. A little pricy but there are many varieties of food. Staff are nice.

In the bathroom it took a while to adjust the water temperature to be right. The shower head can be better.

Again the staff, lovely, friendly very helpful young ladies with big smiles. After what's happened in Bangkok lately and being 2 minutes from the collapsed building I have the up most respect for them all. Breakfast choices are huge, dinner was outstanding. Location is great, close to main train station and Mochit bus station, malls, markets and one of the best parks I have ever been to. Rooms were perfect for me. Good views from upper floor levels across Bangkok.

Not much to say really, I think at times the restaurant wasn't open but that doesn't matter as there is an abundance of food close by.

THE BED IS SUPER COMFORTABLE! It is the best one during my trip in Thailand. Single bed but it is big! The room is small and basic but effective. You have all your necessity. Very clean. The location is IN the Best Western hotel. So basically you have to enter the main hotel, take another elevator to reach the structure. Some might say it's confusing, but the signs are clear, so it's ok.

No window, no natural light. Could be suffocating if you stay there for a long time, but for me it was just one night, so bearable.

Walking distance to chatucak weekend market, bangsu junction, tor kor market, sevel, and MRT/BTS station The price is affordable. I like the bathroom, designed very well. Hairdryer, electric kettle, safe deposit box provided.

Room are quiet narrow. The window next to the bed is very dangerous (5th floor) without any safety and the lock easy to open and kids reachable. I bring kids, so need to pay attention. Because of affiliated with Best Western hotel, we had to use elevator 3 times up and down and up again, kind a dizzy. Beside, there were escalator for shortcut. Go to Bangsue Juction floor 6th for alternative food court with affordable price. A lot of antiques things in here too.

Clean and minimalist. Everything you need for a comfortable night's stay is right here. And the location is fantastic! It's just a short walk from JJ Mall and conveniently close to the MRT. You can easily get to the CBD from there.

I got the room next to reception (No. 407). There is always some noise from staffs and hotel restaurant outside, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to consider another option. Oh, and there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom, and the water doesn't drain very well. And no table or chairs in the room.

The basic one bed room has everything you need. The mattress is really comfortable (78 kg @ 181 cm) and everything was very clean. Everything including the shower has a very modern design. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly fine. The hotel room has the perfect size for one person. I bet you could squeeze two people on the bed if you really need to 🙃

The hotel is included in the Best Western hotel complex and not that easy to find. The staff is friendly and you will find the way ☺️

The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Despite the small size, the room's design was smartly figured out and arranged, so we could still have room for everything. The hotel's location was right next to the MRT station, with 7-Eleven open 24/7 right in front. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay!

There was no fridge or microwave in our room, but the staff let us to store our snacks in the main kitchen, so all good!

The staff at SureStay were extremely friendly and helpful. We selected this location due to its proximity to the train station. It was easy to get transport. The room was simple with 3 beds. Perfect for us as a family of 3. The beds were super comfy and the pillows were excellent. No frills, but exactly what we needed for a good nights' rest before an early train journey.

Everything was perfect ! :-D I arrived at BKK Suvarnabhumi at 18:00, then took the airport rail link to Makkasan station, then interchanged to MRT and went out at Khampaeng phet station, then walked 150 m to the hotel. Next morning I went back to MRT and treaveled one more station to Bang Sue station, then walked over to the train station Krung Thep Aphiwat and took the train to Isaan. It could not have been better ever !! :-D
