We stayed here from June 25 to 30 and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The location is convenient—just a short walk to food stalls, a 7-Eleven, and about 20 to 45 minutes by car to most tourist spots (depending on traffic). It's also tucked away from the crowds, making it a peaceful place to relax and get a good night's rest after a long day. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable enough for a restful sleep. One suggestion for improvement would be to renovate the bathroom (CR) and add better lighting for a more comfortable stay. Overall, it's a great place if you're looking for a quiet and convenient spot with helpful staff and good value.

One area that could use improvement is the bathroom (CR). While it was clean, it was a bit dim, and there were occasional water leaks.

We stayed in a family room, one double and two singles over 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. I really liked the hotel, it is a budget hotel. The staff are excellent, the room will be cleaned daily unless otherwise indicated, and laundry services are available quite cheaply. The location is very good, walk up to the main street, turn right, walk to the next main street and turn left. During that 15 minute walk you will pass many eateries, shops, good money exchangers, a Big C mall and then a BTS train station. From here you can get to most places. Back at the hotel, across the road is a top 10 steakhouse, apparently top class but expensive. Walking away from the main street you will find a few restaurants and some coffee shops. There are a few options to explore in the area before you jump on the train networks.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The AC and wifi work pretty well, it has a small fridge and the service room is available every day. The staff is kind.

Although the room has much space, there are small details that don't impact the overall stay, but can be improved. The bathroom light was weak, and had no spot in the shower area. There was only one plug close by the bedroom, but not so convenient to have the cell phone charging. They could add an abajur to have a light switch close to the bed. And also having a hair dryer available would be helpful. As said, just small details on the facilities, but nothing major that will badly impact the stay.

It was quite comfortable, the bed, the air conditioning, etc. They were very accomodating with me, allowing me to check in rather late, two or three hours after their usual check in window, since my flight was scheduled for an evening arrival.

The only thing I can find to complain about was that the noises from the halls and other rooms carried through the building a little. It wasn't a particularly modern room or building, but for the price point it was very reasonable and everything was in fairly good condition.

The room that I got was located at the end of the corridor so it was relatively quiet. It was also big. The staff were great. They give you water everyday. There is fridge and TV and the wifi is OK. There is lift if you need to carry luggage. The hotel can also be easily accessed via grab and there is a 711 nearby.

The doors of the rooms slam when closing so sometimes it wakes you up when people arrive late. While they provide glass and thermos bottle, they do not have a mug for making hot beverage like coffee or tea.

Staffs are kind and always attentive. They clean the room well and what we like the most is when we thought we will not have a refill of water bottle since we did not leave our keys for room cleaning. We were surprised that they ñeft the bottles in a plastic and hooked it at the door lnob of the room.

There is no hair dryer to use. It's so hot outside so visitors would like to take bath after a long day but we need to dry our hair before going to sleep.

Siam Palace Hotel is a perfect place to be if you are looking for budget, safe, and noise-free stay while in Bangkok. There’s a 7eleven store right at the corner of the street so it’s easier to grab in case you need anything. They provide free 1L water everyday and cleans rooms on request. Staff are very nice, helpful, friendly and accommodating. They answer to messages pretty quickly too! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are pretty old but still cool if you’re on a budget.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Siam Palace Hotel in Bangkok a few weeks ago. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and stylish, offering all the amenities I could ask for during my trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as pleasant as possible.The location was very good.

I asked if the check-in could be possible early, but i had to wait a few hours for my room. Next time don't add this early check-in option if you can't make it possible.

I have had a lovely stay at Siam Palace hotel. I opted for a delux room which was spacious and had one balcony. The basic toiletries were present in the room with one bottle of mineral water. They have lift so taking your luggage up and down is not a problem. Staff were extremely courteous and friendly. They helped me book bikes and cars through their apps. It's closely located to the BTS station (15 min walk) and approx 3 km from Chatuchak weekend market.

Nothing to complaint about this time.

The location is good. Lots of street food options in the neighborhood. 7-Eleven is just around the corner. BTS station is about 15 minutes walking distance. The room is clean, though only limited toiletries are provided. The reception and staff were kind and courteous to us. Highly recommended 👍 Will definitely stay here again
