Its very peaceful and feel home when I reach hotel. My room is on 16th fl. and view is very nice and open. Staff are very sweet and helpful. Its little far from Metro and BTS but its easy that you get taxi all the times. I have use app for taxi and its really convenient. They have also scheduled Suttle to take you to the metro 3 times day which save you money.

The weather is humite so I have headache most of time. but when I go inside mall and in the hotel in ac then I feel relax. luckily there is ac everywhere. I actually love travelling by taxi as its so affordable and very relax.

Breakfast good variety

Booking com should have let me and others know the pool was out of service and had been for a month. Notification to me would have allowed me to cancel and book a hotel with a working pool in a reasonable time. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM BOOKING WOULD WANT A REFUND OF A THIRD BACL

Great hotel for the price! 9th floor, very quiet. Brilliant swimming pool. Very comfortable.

A dated hotel but still very comfortable. Breakfast could have been better with more variety. Lifts take a while, just be patient.

Breakfast was just okay. Typical farang breakfast- cold fried eggs, hot dogs, toast. Better thai selections -pork rice soup, fresh fruits and vegetables Juice and coffee

We've been there twice and honestly this hotel is sort of always helping us as it's exactly in the area where we usually need an unexpected accommodation.

The room is huge and during our check out the receptionist did her best to help us to sort out a taxi to go to Koh Tao. It's a nice option to stay overnight.

The bathroom is that kind which is old and you see the yellow on the bathtub where it is supposed to be white...

The Hotel is nice and quiet and very spacious Reception staff were very helpful, our room was big and airy comfortable lounge area both room and lobby

Lack of choice, in breakfast, and that they didn't tell us that the gym was not there anymore (but to be fair this maybe dew to the covid 19 ) even though all restrictions have been lifted

Decent breakfast every morning. comfy bed, and nice room with good view.

The pool was out of order our entire stay, and wifi codes didn’t work.
