Lovely staff, so helpful! Let us arrive early and relax in the lounge area (with air conditioning) before check in. Also stored our bags for us as we had a late flight on the day of check out. Very cute interior decoration. Room a decent size and comfortable

Bathroom a little tired but fully functional and spacious. Location meant taxi/graces needed to places but there is a train station about 10 minutes away

Convenient location, close to the sky rail and lots of bus options close by too. Seems to be in a nice safe street. Communication with the host was very good, although we never met her in person she was easy to reach via message or on the phone and let us check in early and leave our bags for the day so we could explore Bangkok on the day we checked out too. The room was good. Free coffee and water provided in the shared lounge area was nice.

We saw a number of mosquitoes in the shared bathroom, and quite a few splattered on the walls too. The walls could use a good clean. The bathroom was otherwise clean.

The space is comfortable, few people sharing the whole house , the wifi works well , the street is quite , you can come and go as you wish , it's close to the train. Station,

Was located in the third floor , didn't expect. Not much space to hold cloths in the shared bathroom. No one was there to receive me at the time

We loved our stay and the pet cats were so cute. The staff was very kind to us and went above and beyond. Especially since we were several hours late to check in thanks to unpredictable weather and traffic.

Great little property, with cute little amenities! A little fridge, coffee corner and cute little spaces. The room was comfortable, towels and hairdryer provided. Close to BTS station and cute lunch spots

The bathroom wasn’t amazing. Shower curtain could’ve been changed.

Friendly staff, great location, thought-through and super easy access! Their cats are so cute! Def recommend staying here!

Not allowed to open windows in my room :( and there's currently a construction site behind one side of the house - but that's Bangkok, there will be construction everywhere! :) Also they stop around 5/6pm so you'll have a quiet night.

Cheap and Cozy place, situated at a great location, about 5 min away from BTS ARI station. Great and helpful staff/owner and getting to meet xui xui( the resident cat) was a plus.

The wifi wasn't that good. It wasn't horrible but not that great either.

Everything was as good as it could possibly be. Very nice place beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Pitty I checked in late and could not enjoy it longer.

Cant find anything bad to say if location is suitable for you.
