Excellent location, right next to Sanam Pao BTS station. Spacious rooms with quirky design and very comfortable bed. Hotel is very clean and well priced for the upmarket area.

Next door is a nightclub. If staying at the weekend request to have a room on the opposite side (the giraffe side - you'll know what I mean when you see it!) which is lovely and quiet. Breakfast is basic so wouldn't bother.

Location was amazing, there is no breakfast included at the hotel but rest assured there is no shortage of food options nearby. There is a 7/11 just down the street, 2 shops away (literally only 1-2 minutes walk), a fried omelette with rice vendor just outside the 7/11 in the mornings when you can buy it for breakfast/lunch. Walk the other direction towards Victory Monument and there's a whole street of food vendors where you can buy fruits/fried rice/fried chicken/kueh/noodles, etc. There is also a really nice cafe which serves amazing coffee opposite from the hotel (walk up the BTS and cross over to the other side). It's called Coffee & Co. if I'm not wrong (or Koffee & Co.). If you're feeling tired and don't want to climb the stairs, there are lifts to go up to the BTS as well which is just in front of Yakult Building (next to VIB Hotel). All the above within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel, location is so good so will highly recommend you to book this place. I did not even take GRAB much because the BTS is just in front of the hotel (so convenient) and it's surprisingly quiet (soundproofing is so good) even though it's just right in front. If you're staying here, highly recommend to travel 1 stop to the right via BTS to Victory Monument Station for Boat Noodles, and 1 stop to the left Ari Station for local Thai and cafe food. I will come back and stay here for my next trip to Bangkok for sure.

Everything was good about the hotel, just that the shower is a bit small. I'm considered a S-M (asian size), but if you are slightly wider framed (XL and above) size, it may be difficult to enter the shower area and close the shower door as it can be a bit squeezy. Also, the metal part of my shower handle kept coming off - but other than that, water pressure etc. was fine :) Smelt the weird drainage smell that some of the reviews talked about too when I always initially turn on the shower, but it goes away afterwards. Everything was really clean.

Super convenient location near BTS The place is in a great spot—really easy to get to the BTS Skytrain, so getting around the city was a breeze. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and there’s even a little workspace if you’re traveling for work. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and the staff was quick to respond to anything I needed. Tip: If you’re coming from Suvarnabhumi Airport, take the Airport Rail Link to Phaya Thai Station, then hop on the BTS—it’s just two stops away!

The coat hanger, though, kept disturbing my sleep—might be something to look into. The bed could’ve been a bit neater, but it wasn’t a big deal! One more thing: Smiles are a universal language—they really make a guest’s stay more memorable!

- Location SUPERB! It’s is just in front on SanamPao BTS station, and approximately 4 station from Siam stagion. - There is a 24 hours 7-11 few steps away. - Quiet and less crowded location. - Room was standard but they provide all amenities, fresh towels change everyday, mini fridge and they provide all shampoo, body wash and CONDITIONER too!!! - I travel with my mom the location save a lot of energy for elderly to walk for long distances.

- The day Female receptionist staff was not friendly at all. Not smile no facial expression as in she was force to come to work. - Another Male receptionist is a little better but not approachable, both definitely not Thai standards. - Main while the staff in the cafe is much friendlier and approachable!!!! Imagine! - Bath room smell damp and mound was found around also on the ceiling. Same happened for both rooms that we booked. I think overall the hotel is greet, those minor issues can be fixed if the manager willing to look into it. Anyway, I enjoy my stay with this hotel.

Right by the metro stop so perfect location. The room was clean with nice AC.

The shower gel and shampoo has such a weird unpleasant smell. Not a deal breaker for a hotel but maybe bring your own products. The gym was very tiny, dumbbells only going up till 12.5kg, would’ve liked to see more equipment.

1.Very friendly staff. 2.Only ”2 minutes” walk from Sanam Pao BTS Station! 3.I arrived at hotel around 11:30 and they let me early check-in 😄.Very helpful young concierge provided a lot of BTS and MRT information! 4.Electrician and security told me how to use the coffee maker in the room patiently in the evening.

1.During my stay I only had to clean the room and didn't need to change the sheets, but the housekeeping staff forgot to replenish tea bags and coffee and even left the bottled water at the door.😅 2.You have to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and razor. 3. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit unstable.

The location of the hotel is really good, just outside of the BTS station. The area is not as happening but it's very homely and there are a lot of affordable food around. The hotel staff are mostly friendly and helpful

The room I got was quiet as it was facing the opposite direction of the BTS station so I had no issues with noise. My issue was with the clogging of the washroom. After about 7 - 8 days it started to clog.

Stayed Jan 22-26 2024 Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and English isn't an issue. They need a deposit of 1000 baht for an additional room card key. One of the better beds we had on our trip. There is a small gym on the ground floor and they serve breakfast too. (We didn't sign up for breakfast, instead we went to the Hungry Brown cafe just behind the hotel at A room Serviced Apartment for our breakfast) Hotel is just next to Sanam Pao Station, which is 2 stations from Phaya Thai and Airport Train. Feel that for its location it is very good value

The layout of the room is odd. Behind the bed headboard is a narrow table. Very congested with the telephone, clock etc. Below the table is a fridge. We find the area practically not user friendly. If u need to get some work done or need to read, it is either u sit on the bed or go to the lobby. We also find the lighting very dim. Like most hotels near the main road I can hear the traffic from the room. We were on the 6th floor away from the main road. But it is bearable and the traffic noise dies down after around 10 pm -less traffic.

The location is very convenient, right next to Sanam Pao BTS. The hotel was clean and modern, and having a small gym was a nice perk. The room was big enough for one or two people. Overall it felt like great value given that I booked last minute.

The desk in the room was kind of pointless as someone working in the evenings in my room, the fridge was put in under the desk which both cramped an already small space and also exhausted hot air. Apart from that it's just minor niggles that weren't a big deal: the "mini-buffet" breakfast did not have much choice but wasn't bad; the shower door opened very awkwardly into the shower; my room did not get much in the way of natural light.

We made the right decision to stay here because we wanted a hotel that's close to the BTS. This exceeded our expectations because the location is exactly next to a BTS station. It would not be difficult getting home after a long exhausting day of walking. The staff and amenities are also up to par and the price is competitive.

None that I could think of. For the value, it has exceeded my expectations.
