This stay really exceeded our expectations. The host was so nice and always ready to help. The room was very clean and felt like new. The location of the stay was also perfect. Out of the busyness but within 5 mins of walking to a bus station that could get you into the center. Do not hesitate to book this!!

Long story short for people looking the reviews in order to book their next accommodation in Bangkok. The place is wonderful!! New building,new rooms, very clean, super polite and helpful host. Great value for money.Way above average accommodations you usually find in this city.I would definitely stay there again in my next visit. P.S. Bus stop super close.

Nothing!! Please read below. Some people, as you already read in the reviews, consider this place a bit out of the city center. Might not have the BTS very close but in terms of transportation the bus stop is very close. And for people wondering. You just get in one and in every bus there is a person shelling the ticket. Very easy and super cheap. Costs 8 to 20 baht depending where you go or if the bus is with AC or not. Would help alot to download "viabus" app as it shows in real time where the busses are and all their routes!

Clean room, bathroom and toilet. Sheets and towels very clean. Plenty of drinking water and coffee provided. Also, umbrellas for rainy days. Very helpful and polite staff.

The walls are a little thin and the noise from the next door kept me awake the first night. The second night, I had to bang on the wall. The young guy who was having loud chats online from midnight onwards, then got the message and kept it down for the rest of his stay. Then, the next guest was a real loud snorer, unfortunately. I could hear him/her from my room.

The room was decent sized for one person, there was a small table and chair but it was definitely crammed in there, there was a small balcony with a clothes stand, a lot of attention was put into the bathroom, however use any of the showers (regular head or rainfall) would leave a lot for the bathroom floor soaking as the divider only comes about one third into the room. Definitely could do with a shower curtain to stop this. The curtains on the doors and windows were a little small, if you don't overpull on one side people can see in. I was in the room on the end of the building and there was a lot of construction work going on outside, right opposite my headboard which unfortunately meant sleepless nights and disturbed daytimes due to the excessive noise. I did enquire about housekeeping via their email support line and they responded within an hour or so and fulfilled my request. They did fail to clean the room for the first three days but managed a daily routine after that until I left. The fridge is larger than many others and the location was also decent with street food and 7 Eleven a 2 to 3 minute walk down the alley.

Room selection meant I was disturbed day and night by the construction work going on outside, the balcony area was very small and a chore to get to each time. The shower area was not sectioned off fully so meant the floor was soaking after each wash, and it takes ages to dry out. The little window hole doesn't do much in terms of circulation and doesn't open. Housekeeping was lacking in the first half of the stay but they made up for this with a daily cleaning routine for the second half. I had initially requested to cancel the booking but the owner refused which meant I was paying through the nose on taxis just to meet up with family further away.

JB Home Victory Monument truly is an absolute gem! I loved it! Such a lovely vibe located in a quiet lane, you feel like you are having a true local Bangkok experience in all of the best possible ways! So so pristine clean, and such an efficient layout. Bonus the little touches all round, signalling the priority of the guest/s comfort and ease in every way. Boon, the host, is so amenable, helpful, proactive super responsive and and and 🏆 ⭐️ ! We had a 2 night stay here in January 2025, the host Boon, couldn’t have been more helpful. We were a little early to check in but Boon made arrangements to receive our key very quickly. Access to our room was up quite a steep flight of steps, meaning it is inaccessible to wheelchair users of those with mobility difficulties. The room was evidently clean and ready when we checked in. It is what we call a DP ( double pillows), they are not common and very welcome, thank you JB 👍 We were provided with 6 bottles of water for our 2 night stay, although the room is not serviced overnight, everything was in place and it suited us, a more sustainable option. Great to have tea & coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge, hair dryer, both the bedding and towels smelled freshly laundered. It hit the spot fir us. We weren’t close to any of the train or metro lines, so we had to depend on Bolt but that’s straightforward via the App. We visited the Victory monument from here and enjoyed the skywalk pedestrian access, as well as Iconsiam, a destination we hadn’t previously managed to tick off our Bangkok list. The one thing we really wanted to do was taxi the local canal ferries, have an experience like the locals not a tourist. Boon was so incredibly helpful discussing our wishes with the taxi driver, who clearly thought we meant the Chao Prayha and that we must be mistaken. He did eventually drop us off at Nana Nue for a day of exploration on the canals. Having stayed at JB VICTORY, we would recommend this accommodation.

Everything! Clean room and bathroom, super comfortable bed. Cold aircon and wifi works great. Short 3 min walk to 7Eleven and other street food. Would stay again it's a great value place!

The hotel is very clean, I mean it has a very nice appearance. After that, the customer service is very perfect, the manager of the hotel is a very good person, he helps people and it is a really clean place. I recommend it to everyone. I had some tech difficulties trying to access the check-in info on my phone while there, and I had to message the host past midnight for some help, and he was extremely gracious. Then I asked if they might have a metal spoon, and they went out and bought some instead of saying they didn't have any! They were very helpful, kind, understanding, thoughtful, and generous. The room was well-equipped. The location was farther than I'd like from the BTS & other public transportation, but I really loved the area! I enjoyed walking under the highways to get places and felt I found some lovely treasures along the way. I enjoyed my walks everywhere from there! I recommend it :-)

It was a 30-minute walk away from Victory Monument & BTS stations.
