Cute little hotel at a good price. Very very friendly staff who spoke very good English and were happy to help with anything we need. They booked a taxi for us to the airport when we checked out and provided us with a breakfast sandwich box as we would miss the breakfast included. When we didn't have hot water or wanted extra towels/room service, they fixed this immediately. Kids loved the slide and the playroom. About a 15min walk to the train station. Many 7/11 nearby and good food around. Filtered water is provided for the rooms, which was great after a long flight to not to have to go find it in the street. The rooms were nice and dark for sleeping.

Unfortunately, a lot of menu items for the included breakfast weren't available, so we were limited in our options. I was unsure whether the sheets in the top bunk had been changed between guests as the pillow case had holes in it, and the bottom sheet was slightly dirty.

The Hotel Staffs are really friendly, helpful, and accomodating especially Neab (at the front office). Good value for money. Love the part of them having laundry area for a cheap price. Saves you luggage space as you can just use the washing machine and the dryer.

Generally, the entire place is clean. :) But a bit inconsistent with cleaning the bathroom area. At times, I can still see some of my hair on the drain. But this is very minimal. Still find it really comfortable and safe place to stay. :) Also, the place is a too dim for me. If only there is a source of white light (for freshening up and doing make-up).

We booked quadrupole room which had bunk bed in addition to 2 single beds. My kids liked bunk bed and we each had enough place to sleep/ rest. Breakfast served was good with some variety each morning. My family enjoyed it. Small kids play area near reception was blessing for kids. Hotel location was quite central to many famous tourist spots and malls in Bangkok.

Bed corner at entry was blocking the way to room and had risk of hitting in foot if not careful. Corner could be made round shaped.

The room was a good size for one person, the bed was comfortable and the room felt cozy. There was a water fountain, which was very useful as it avoided me to buy too many plastic bottle. The hotel felt very cozy and nice with the atmosphere and the little playground on the entry hall. Station for tube is not that far, as well as close bus stop coming from the center directly to the hotel. Staff was very nice, and had a little to go breakfast for me when I left early on my last day

Staff are friendly and helpful, and the lobby restaurant has good options. The bed was comfortable, and the property looked clean and well kept. Each floor has a drinking water dispenser, which is a plus in my book. There's even a small laundry on the top floor. Overall, it was a great experience staying here!

Was not really impressed by the view: looking in the windows of the building on the other side of the small road - not the best option. Also, I couldn't open a window, and sometimes auto ventilation turned off at this times the air felt thick.

The staff, the food and the spik and span cleanliness. The amenities provided were really helpful. The manager and each one from the front desk are quite cheerful and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Silom area.

The room is quite small and the bed is kind of squeezed in a small area. That was the only down side. Be mindful while getting down from bed as there is barely space between the bedside and wall. The other side doesn't even have a space to get down. Having said that rest all the things were above par.

1. 3 single beds on tatami style suits my family of 4 with 2 children of 3 and 8 perfectly. Kids rolling and jumping freely. Also love the curtain provided between the beds and bathroom area where the AC is located. So i could block some aircond away from blowing directly to us while sleeping. 2. Super super powerful water pressure from the shower head. Enjoyed our shower time! Equipped with dispenser cleaning gel of both body and hair. Great initiative, reduce the single use plastics/ paper. Another highlight, the shower room floor is rough and its very safe for small children or even adults. Not slippery. Good! 3. Particularly LOVE the wooden 2-steps ladder by the wash basin for small children who can't reach the height of adult basin. This is not even available at 5 stars hotel that i stayed next in Sukhumvit. Its also available at their 2nd floor washroom. Little things that is sooo thoughtful and priceless. Who ever thought of this idea, i really want to know you, it takes a parent to appreciate this. ❤❤❤ 4. Hair dryer by the side of basin. So convenient! 5. Drinking Glass bottles provided in room to self refill from water dispenser right outside room with both hot and cold. The water runs out on our 2nd day but its fine, we fill it up at the lobby. This is another great initiative to reduce use of single use plastic bottles! 💚💚💚 6. Nice spiral tunel slide right next to breakfast dining area with a huge sheep. Makes the whole place so cute. Thats why i am coming back to Kokotel again after MCO - 3 years. While i enjoy my food, my kids play. 7. Good quality breakfast! We had BLTE sandwich - eggs, bacon, the toasted bread is seasoned with some balsamic vinegar, lots of fresh salad with tiny of salad dressing and its tasty. Croquet madam, pancakes. All good! I wish i could thank the chef myself. My kids had hot chocolate and they use 100% cocoa powder for the hot chocolate they served. Only no fresh fruit juices.

I wouldn't say i dont like but we would prefer and i would also dare to say this for everyone, We ordered the pancakes breakfast and it was served with real strawberries fruits (real fruit but not fresh, likely frozen coated with sugary syrup) surrounding the 3 pieces of stacked up pancakes. The bottom piece soaked up all the syrup and juices from the strawberries sauce and makes the pancake mushy and unedible palatably. I informed the front desk and they make another piece. It was nicely presented with fresh cream, a whole piece of fresh banana!

I loved this hotel. It was a great location near all the action in Silom. I usually book more expensive hotels but decided to try this place as it was a very good price. The rooms are small but very clean and it has got everything you need the same as other hotels. I love that they don't use plastic for water and provide 2 glass bottles so you can fill from a water dispenser on each floor. The bed was comfortable. I booked for 3 nights and extended for 1 more night. Would stay again if in the area.

No swimming pool.

Easy to get picked up or let off via taxi/grab. 7-11 just 3 mins walk so very convenient! There’s a massage place next door to release muscle tension after a day of walking. Lift in hotel is good. Room was clean as well. Aircon was working well, thank goodness. Shower was strong and good.

What room you booked is what you get. For our room type, as the basin was just next to beds, it is extremely loud when someone needs to use it in the night/morning, this reminded me not to get such room in future, not the hotels fault. Also, toilet and shower area is separated, I liked it for the convenience of squeezing 3 pax in a room, but some people might not. Near the main road, so might be noisy during rush hours.

Friendly staff, specially Ms. Wan and Woonsen, they are very friendly and helpful, always smile. The room is not large but modernly and facility. Very clean. I recommend travellers who like Japanese hotel-style should book the hotel. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The aroma in the lobby is very fresh.

The location is a little bit far from center of Silom Rd.
