Our stay was exceptional. The room's comfort was outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. All aspects of our stay were exemplary, and we are eager to return. We highly recommend this establishment.

The hospitality at this Marriott was top tier. The staff is incredibly welcoming and did everything to ensure you enjoyed your stay. We booked a 1 bedroom suite and it even came with washer and dryer combo. The location is smacked in the middle of everything. The best part has been the staff by far.

Everything was great, no displeasure.

From the moment we checked in and the moment we entered our room we already know we are going to have such a great time. We have been to many hotels in Bangkok but Marriott Surowonse by far provides the best breakfast. We also love the location.

The Pool was a little small and our view is not ideal but these are not problems for us.

One of the cleanest hotels and well equipped with everything a business traveller needs. Staff are very responsive and prompt.

Everything was really great, but if I am to nit-pick, then the food (specifically prawn & crab) ordered in room service could be prepared and taste better.

One of the best, if not the best hotel Bangkok, the management. It's really outstanding and very flexible and helpful for all customer. The staff is really outstanding to help and support customer. The clean and the surfaces is Lily Mead. All the expectations are higher than the expectation. The hotel deserve 5 star. Without it, say thank you very much. 4, the management and for the staff and for everybody working in this hotel. Would you make it very distinguished for all surfaces and the green? As well as the location Where you can't reach all the shopping malls and surfaces as well as the restaurant

The exceptional staff services they ensured our stay is amazing. A great shout out to Amarin the chief of concierge gave us good service going above and beyond making our stay even more fantastic. They accommodated us will early check in, the amenities in the hotel they are great. It was a beautiful stay overall we will consider staying with then again when we visit Bangkok again.

During breakfast at their 3rd floor restaurant there was a slight confusion with the staff thinking that our room booking did not Include breakfast there was back and forth with the staff until manager confirmed everything that our room stay includes breakfast. They did apologize however that was frustrating. Either than that slight issue all was well.

Looks good and great food

1. Too crowded. The pool area and elevators were packed with people 2. No smoking anywhere in the pool area. Probably because the space is very small 3. You can smoke in some areas of the roof top, but not cannabis

Location, breakfast and pool were amazing. Rooms were great but looking a little tired and dated in places - but nothing to complain about.
