The pool had a great view from the rooftop.

I don't see how it was 5 star. I expected more. It was just a room, a reception and a rooftop pool. Nothing inbetween.

The staff, management and service was outstanding. The location was great for accessing most of the areas that we wanted to go by foot. Grabs were easy to get for those that we couldn't walk to. They helped us out in asituation were I had set my computer down during checkout and left it there when we went to the airport. A call from the airport to the front desk was all that it took for then to send it for me at the airport. The driver established thatt I received it with a picture. That is SERVICE.

The location is a bit distant from the Chong Nonsi Metro Station, so you’ll need to take a taxi or tuk-tuk to reach the property. Additionally, there are no major tourist attractions in the immediate vicinity.

I do not understand some of the bad reviews.Staff are nice and they do speak good enough english,hotel is in a central place,just 15 min by taxi to get to Nana Plaza,night markets are nearby. Rooms are good for the price and roof top pool beats all.The view is amazing up there,we been there in june and basically we were alone in the entire pool whole day anytime we went up. I will go back next time we visit Bangkok.

I liked the location of the property, the friendly staff , and I was allowed a late check out without any charge . I found that the room was quiet and not to many noises .

The hotel is most definitely not a 5 star hotel as graded in booking .com I would say it is just about 3 star at a push , the hotel is more catered to Chinese /Asian Indian customers , not in anyway to the European /western clients . No place to purchase breakfast or dinner , unless you wanted Chinese breakfast , so I had to go to the nearest 7/11 daily to purchase sandwiches, yogurts etc , also it advertises a mini bar in your room , when infact it is a fridge with a couple potable water bottles . Television only had 1 English speaking Chanel and that was French tv 24

The hotel has a great location and staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast was average but good. Beds are comfortable and cleaners change towels daily for you if requested.

On booking it says 5 stars when it is actually a 3 star hotel both on google and in reality. Regardless, our stay was more than great. :)

The hotel is quite easy to find, and the staff was very friendly and polite. The room was very spacious, and the round-bed is amazing and super comfortable.

The day I arrived, the rooftop pool was out of function, and the water in it was yellow. It got fixed for the next day... Also, a small part of the wall in the bathroom was a bit black from humidity, so it could have used some paint.

The location is perfect, close to the pier and street food market. The view from the top of the building during the golden hour was just something else.

A lot of insects in the pool. Someone from the crew tried to clean it but he gave up eventually:D you cant really do much about that I guess

The location. Nice South Indian temple opp and also indian restaurant. The hotel has a nice infinity pool. With views of the city. Rooms are medium sized.

Staff don't speak English at all. There should be basic English skills. I asked for a toothpaste they didn't understand what it means. Also I wanted to know how room service telecom works they couldn't explain
