Very close to Gems Centre Building, Easy lift up to room. Central to many places. We moved hotel accross the river but should haver stayed at IcheckInn after realizing it was more central .

I am writing to provide feedback on a recent experience I had with your hotel. Despite making a reservation 15 days in advance for a room with twin beds, upon arrival, I was informed that only a king bed room was available. It required considerable discussion and the mention of a potential complaint to Booking.com before a room with twin beds was allocated to me. To ensure a smoother guest experience, I kindly request that your booking platform only display room options that are accurately available. This would greatly enhance customer satisfaction and trust in your services. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

In General. It is well located. The room its good. Good beds and Staff members are good.

The Bathroom it's tight not have enough space inside. But this is not a problem to me, but can be to fat people.

Bed very comfortable and the room and bathroom very clean.

TV was not working even asking for the signal to be rectified. Breakfast is not available as there is no cafe.

Conveniently located near Wat Khaek Silom and a supermarket, though a bit of a walk to the sky train. Despite its small size, the room was comfortable with a cozy bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay in the area!"

No parking but easy access to the main road.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, very light feeling, clean room and design of the hotel. Very good wifi and comfy bed. Hotel close to the restaurant and good location. Hotel is provided the game room, I personally enjoy playing table tennis! Recommend this hotel :)

Everything , room was good , have everything in Lobby pass your time such as billiard , PS4 , Nintendo etc

Second stay for us hear feel like home, Room very nice clean and comfortable, good location in silom area near by Street food easy to connec to BTS. just only 5 minute walk to Famouse Temple. Staff Friendly and Helpful.

The rooms were very clean,the staff was very friendly, the location was superb.

Location being central to all my needs, quiet and easily accessible to my business appointments at Gems Centre.
