room is nice and big enough, very clean, has all what you need (big fridge). Good price/quality. When you have to do with or at Kasetart University its fine (biketaxi 40/50 Baht). In other words it is not in the so called center (around Asoke) etc.

For my taste the breakfast was not good and to expensive (200Baht). It's more asia style, for me has some toast and fruits etc.

The room size is okay. Bed is very comfortable. The hotel location is close to BTS station and there are many restaurant, 7-Eleven and laundry service near the hotel.

Staff could not speak English very well so I have problem communicate with them. The pillows are tall/big and a bit hard which I don't really find them comfortable.

Good location on a Soi with many different conveniences - stores, coffee shops, laundry, bars and food places. No t too far from BTS.

Check in staff were a bit unfriendly. No smiles or warm greeting. Same on check out- no thank you for your stay or how was your stay question. So customer service could do with some training from management.

It was clean the a/c worked perfectly and the water pressure was great!

That their cafe was only open for breakfast

It's good hotel with a good point. Not far from metro station and two airports. Good price and good comfort. Attentive and friendly staff.

I lived in two rooms. A very hard bed was in my second superior room.

Location good for us. Close to sky train into the city. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast normal standard for hotel like this.

Clean, soulless corporate hotel in a convenient neighborhood.

Front desk staff spoke minimal English. Breakfast was expensive and meat laden

Cockroaches in the room.light fittings were in need of repair.

Bed comfortable. BF was good but not many choices. Good value and convenient to go around.
