Great experience, stunning views from the pool and also from the room, breakfast was fantastic! But the down size is either the hotel or the booking.com leek my card details and I had to Close the account. I’m saying that because I got a scam message with the hotel no reservation and the exact date that was booked. Had a nightmare of a day, after one of you two didn’t keep the card secure! Shame ! Pretty disappointing!

The hotel and facilities is clean and well maintained! The bed is super comfy! We love the HUGE window and its view! There’s also a 7-11 on the same building so it’s super convenient. The location is quite far from main city but booking grab was never a problem so it was okay.

While they offer several breakfast choices, the taste is quite bland. This is disappointing, especially compared to the delicious food available in BKK.

Everything was just so perfect. Super friendly staff always willing to assist throughout the duration of my stay. The receptionists always greeted me with a smile and were attentive. Housekeeping kept the room 100% clean everyday. There's 7eleven in the hotel building which is so useful and also an ATM. The hotel is located right next to BTS and there are so many good restaurants, bars and a mall just at walking distance. They were kind enough to approve my request and give me a room on the 29th floor. The view from there was just breathtaking 😍 ✨️ im sad to leave but I would love to come back and stay at the same hotel. Thank you The Quarter Ratchayothin team and keep up the great job.

Facility was impacted by earthquake so first room we stay had a huge crack all over the wall and issues with pipes Also there was only one elevator worked all the time I’m sure made a lot of troubles to everyone. But it’s not fault of hotel, it’s just unfortunate timing for my trip. I’m sure when everything is functional this hotel is one of the best choices in Bangkok!

A bit far from BTS station and from central Bangkok. Breakfast quality was not as good as my first stay two months ago.

Great staff, clean and tidy hotel. Amazing shower with consistent hot water, and FAST AND RELIABLE WIFI INTERNET!!!!! I was able to comfortably work remotely and take conference calls without a moment of internet drop-off. From the moment you enter the hotel lobby you feel that this is truly an amazing hotel and there is also a 7/11 store right outside the hotel where you can buy basic supplies, snacks and drinks, toiletries and whatever you need. Overall a great experience. Also daily cleaning service is complementary, and the restaurant provides good food and drinks! There is also a gym on the top floor and a large pool.

3 lifts (elevators) but two were out of order. Only 1 lift was working and they had maintenance people working on it. Other than this minor issue all was great.

A relatively new hotel, conveniently situated to a number of local attractions, such as Chatuchak Market, Rajadamnern Stadium and local eateries. Comfortable rooms, which are cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided (not a very environmentally friendly policy). Super helpful staff - all in all a good stay and a perfect base for exploring the area.

Communication response time is rather poor: we experienced a delay in our flight and so I contacted the hotel on 3 occasions all within 90 minutes of the flight updates to inform them we wouldn't be checking in until 01:30 the morning instead of 23:30 the night before as expected and to also to ask about the advertised airport shuttle service. It took them over 12 hours to reply, by which time we'd already checked in (hope that makes sense). I made enquiries about the airport shuttle service for our return flight with reception - let's make this absolutely clear - they don't provide one. So, let's see this removed from the listing to avoid confusion and disappointment.

This hotel is very good value for money

The hotel is a bit to far from city centre, but cheap taxis so not all bad The only issue I had was the security , was difficult at times bring friends back the hotel and , also guest were not allowed use facilities if you actually got them through front door, just be aware, but if you want safe hotel where you know your belongings are safe then definitely stay here, because that’s why I won’t let anyone just walk in because they have guests safety first

The rooms were beautifully designed and the beds were very comfortable. I greatly appreciated the block out windows which made the room dark for sleeping and helped to block the heat from the sun during the day. Breakfast had a great variety and I particularly enjoyed being able to have an omelette freshly cooked to order. Positioned between two train stations and with bus stops nearby makes this a very convenient location. We also enjoyed the nearby Green Vintage Market.

Despite being high up, the room was very noisy as we could still hear traffic noise and the nightclub on the 1st floor. The pool area was very disappointing with the water looking murky and uninviting.
