The location is fantastic. I was worried when I read that they have a shuttle to the mall because I thought the mall must be far away but it's only a couple minutes on foot and the MRT and BTS stations are very convenient too. Our favorite thing was the comfy common area on the 2nd floor. Our group was staying in different rooms so this area was the perfect place for us to all meet every day and it was great that there was a coffee machine there too.

-location ( walking distances to 3 big malls, sky and underground trains, and very close to Donmueang Airport) -prices ( you got a junior suite with a balcony for a half price of standard room at the Centara next door) -staff ( they are professional, friendly but not fake) - sound proof ( I swear my room was just right off the elevator but I couldn’t hear or feel it was there )

- loud and filthy guests in the dining area ( but it’s not the hotel’s fault and unfortunately those people canbe anywhere no matter 1 or 6 stars!

The location for us was excellent, we walked everywhere, 10 minutes from central ladprao, 15 min to union mall, 15 min to the night market jodd fair. The hotel offers a shuttle service but we preferred to walk. Staff is always smiling and helpful

I think overall they property is good enough, I just would add some hand soap in the bathroom and some cutlery r bowls in the bedrooms

An Absolutely Superb Stay in Bangkok! This hotel truly went above and beyond my expectations and made my Bangkok trip incredibly comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and incredibly pleasant, providing a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was super comfortable, guaranteeing a fantastic night's sleep every single night. One of the standout features was the thoughtful touch of complimentary coffee and cookies available all day on the second floor. It was such a lovely perk, perfect for a quick pick-me-up or a relaxing moment. Above all, the staff were absolutely wonderful – kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met and provided excellent recommendations. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It truly offers exceptional value and a delightful experience.

Everything! They offer a shuttle service to and from BTS station and local mall etc and the service is fast. Staff are super lovely and helpful. I was having back issues during this time of our trip and they offered to put an extra bed topper in on our bed which made it one of the most comfortable stays we have had. Bathroom is huge and they have everything you need. There is also a common area for all to use offering complimentary tea coffee biscuits and noodles, there is also a microwave and ample seating. Cleanliness is amazing and towels and sheets were super soft highly recommend staying here.

Nothing everything was perfect.

The shuttle service is a real gem. Staff are friendly and very approachable. Overheard one of the lady receptionist welcoming a guest in French? Using the language of the guest is going extra mile, salute. Netflix in the room, account from them not using our owns 👍🏼 Complete amenities, nice touch! Big refrigerator!

The temperature of the shower is not consistent. So long if you don’t need to shower late at night or early morning, it’s still fine.

Excellent, comfortable rooms with extremely nice beds. Bonus was having free Netflix to watch in the room. Each room has its own wifi router which you can access with password. Plenty of storage space. The common room on level 2 was very handy to have. In addition to the biscuits and coffee, there was a selection of buns and pastries provided on the weekend. We were allowed to stay there after check out since our flight was at night. You can also leave your bags at the front desk after you check out if you plan to visit other places. The shuttle bus to Union Mall was very convenient and quick and saved us a lot of walking in the heat. It is available till midnight on most days. The front reception ladies were very helpful and called us a taxi to the airport.

Nothing. The property is located a bit far from the main road but if you walking and exploring then yes this would be great. The property also has a free shutter service.

We only stayed for one night and picked this hotel for convenience for us as was close to airport and close to the bus station we needed for the next day. When we arrived the lady on reception was very helpful. Our room was spacious and good value for money. They have a room on 2nd floor with free coffee/tea and noodles but we didn’t use. They also have a free shuttle service that runs until about 8pm that takes you to various places such as the lotus and the union mall. I saw a couple of reviews that mentioned trouble with grab drivers but we had two and neither of them charged us extra or found it a problem picking/dropping us off.
