This is the perfect place to stay at the end of your trip to Thailand, when all you need is a good hotel with an amazing breakfast, modern gym and a very comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant is also great and has reasonsable prices. There is also a superb massage spot next door and very convenient laundry place. Regarding the swimming pool - it looks lovely in the evening but during our stay it was in the shadow all the time, so the water was too cold to use it. In general we really enjoyed our stay there as it was everything we needed at the end of our holidays.

Location is the biggest disadvantage of this hotel. This is true that it is located next to the metro station but still it is very very far everywhere. You need at least 45minutes to get to the most popular places and what’s worse taxi drivers seem not to like this area as every time we struggled to find a driver on our way back (e.g. to Lumpini, Khaosan or the most popular rooftop bars it takes about 50min one way; taxi is quite expensive). What’s more, the area is very busy and difficult to walk around as there are only bridges for pedestrians. There are no restaurants nearby, only the fast food ones in the shopping mall. The walls are super thin - if you are unlucky to have a neighbour next door you will hear literally everything.

Excellent location just across the street from a large shopping mall. A clean and efficient laundromat is a block away down the alley. The room was compact but comfortable with a selection of pillows, excellent combination of rain shower and overhead shower, small refrigerator, and clothes rack (no closet). Wifi was strong and there were plenty of lighting options and just enough outlets. Air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The breakfast offered a wide range of Asian and Western choices and dinner selections were good. The hotel supplies sufficient bottled water daily. Staff were friendly and helpful with baggage and printing requests. Lovely swimming pool.

The windows do not open. in this very humid climate, there was no dehumidifier or room ventillation; clothes and towels actually became damper in the room. Towels were a bit frayed around the edges but large. No armchair, two side chairs at the table., Not enough coat hangers. Some noise from the hallway when other doors were closed, but generally quiet enough, especially since the hotel is close to very busy roads and expressways.

The bed and room facilities were perfect for the price. Our first room had a damp small, but the room we ended up with was much better. Breakfast was different everyday, the pool area was wonderful. The area was outstanding, and the union mall was accessed by a short walk down and back up through the underground tunnel. And the same for Central Ladprao. Convenient access also to the local MRT and trains. Also a very short taxi away from chatachuk if you prefer taxi. Lots of cheap eats and massage places and a 7-11 at the door. The local area has an array of bars that have live music just outside the hotel. They are very popular with locals and expats every night. Roof top venues, outside venues, and inside venues. Also, a massage parlour and coffee shop within the hotel. All the staff that we met or encountered were polite and helpful. It made the hotel our top pick for now, and we will return.

Some kept smoking on the balcony, and the smell could be smelt most nights (canabis) Breakfast was excellent value, but at times, the meat featured was cheap quality and spoilt the food. The pool is rented to outside people. Some days, it was packed with lane swimmers.

Location. Just across the street from the event I went to (Union Hall). Very safe underpass even though it’s close to midnight already. There’s also a 7-11 near the lobby area. It was raining hard, I bought emergency umbrella. Very convenient. Spacious room too. There’s a 120x60cm table for eating and enough room to open 4 large suitcases at once.

When we tried calling room service 3 times to clean up the empty plates from dinner, they didn’t answer. Even the front desk wasn’t answering the call. Which was weird because we were under the impression that reception desk is open 24/7. So we just left the plates until check out time.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to Union mall as I was attending an event there. It delivered exactly that, so I was very pleased. The location is great, just 20 seconds walk from exit 1 of Phahon Yothin station. A short 5 mins walk to union mall, and a reasonable ~10mins walk to Central Ladprao, which is sheltered aside from the short walk from the hotel to the station. Honestly even if I wasn’t attending an event at Union mall, this hotel is still a great choice! Amenities wise - breakfast buffet was decent (I particularly enjoyed the Congee!), bottled water is provided in the large fridge in the hotel room, along with other minibar beverages which were chargeable but reasonably priced. Right by the hotel lobby is a 7-11 for the ultimate convenience, I bought a quick dinner from there.

Take note that 1000baht cash deposit is required - luckily I saw the reviews mentioning this and prepared extra cash in advanced. The soap and shampoo have very strong smells, and the shampoo is ‘combo’ conditioner. Not ideal for me personally, so I was glad I brought my own shampoo, conditioner and soap. A few light brown stains on the bedspread - not a big deal and I only noticed because I pulled off the blanket entirely. From the bathroom I often could hear sounds of doors opening and closing, can be a little scary, but from the bed I had no issues with noise.

5/5 – Great Stay at The Quarter Ladprao! I spent 4 nights at The Quarter Ladprao by UHG and had a fantastic experience. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my time there, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is super convenient, right next to the MRT, which made getting around Bangkok really easy. There are also plenty of food options and shopping centers nearby, which added to the convenience. I especially appreciated the little details: great water pressure in the shower, comfy bed, and strong Wi-Fi. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for comfort, location, and great value. I’d definitely stay here again!

Location is great as it is right next door to the MRT and the BTS is on walkable distance. There are 2 shopping malls nearby. There is also a beautiful Chatuchak park on a walkable distance. Our room was spacious, stylish, clean, on the 10th floor with a nice view and on the quiter side of the street so there was no street noice. Bed was big and very comfortable. The staff was polite and nice, and the staff at the reception even allowed us to stay in the room till 2 pm as we had a very late night flight which meant a lot to us to have a rest. The breakfast (included in the price) was good regarding a variety of fruits, but generally there were no options for vegans. There is kettle in the room and coffee and tea bags are provided daily. Also, two bottles of water free of charge daily. Wifi was strong and air condition worked well.

There are no vegan options in the restaurant.

Lovely attentive staff, super comfortable beds, genuinely a lovely stay! We’ve been travelling SE Asia for 2 months and this hotel was definitely a highlight for us. A metro station on a direct line outside the hotel and the mall across the road was an extra bonus. We’ve been to Bangkok before but stayed in the centre and didn’t enjoy it, so we decided to give it another go and stayed a little further out at this hotel and it changed our opinion, We love Bangkok and we loved this hotel! Even the flooring is ‘squeaky’ clean, (you’ll understand if you stay).

Messy gym- no one re-racks their weights, even the PT! I took it upon myself to clean up the shelves with the yoga mats on😂

The location is great. It is a few minutes walk to BTS and MRT. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly. Taking the elevator to the upper floors is very efficient, so you don't have to wait for long. The breakfast options are diverse and the dishes change every day. The breakfast is great. There is a 7-11 downstairs and a ten-minute walk from Central Ladprao. It is very convenient to buy food, restaurants and shopping. Moreover, it is far away from the city center and there are no large numbers of tourists, so shopping is very leisurely and comfortable.
