A great stay here… The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the Blue Line MRT, yet tucked away in a calm and very local area. Plenty of delicious roadside food options nearby. The room was spotless, well-presented, and cleaned daily with complimentary water provided. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort, convenience, and great value.

I love the location it's not in the real touristy area, but it is close to the MRT blue line, the underground one and you can get anywhere in Bangkok using it. There are great Thai restaurants nearby, 7/11, marijuana dispensary, massage place, a hamburger joint, Big C, and a mall is just one stop up the line. It is also pretty close to the bus terminal and the train station. The rooms are big and have lots of windows, the bed is good the AC is good, it has a small balcony and a little alcove with a sofa in it. Its my go to place for Bangkok

The apartments are spacious and have everything you need good fridge big TV good WiFi free water good ac location is on. A quite street shops a stalls and a great food street only few mins away. blue line metro 10 mins walk buses 5 mins

Super clean and lots of nice small details to appreciate. I was in the larger room and it felt quite spacious. Lots of natural wood, more shelves and nooks and crannies for storage than I’ve ever had in a room. Windows everywhere (four of them). It is an older building, but nothing about the room feels “old and worn out”, it just feels “vintage”. At the end of the block are several small eating places and a 7-11, and there are a ton of street food and other small eating places along the road from that point on.

The bathroom was too dark for my liking.

Perfect location. Few minutes from buses and MRT. We had two rooms which both looked great. Good size, comfy beds. We would definitely come back

Smelly and dirty bathrooms. One had mouldy ceiling. Dust everywhere. Rooms had clean beds, floors and clean fridge but thats it. It would have taken another three minutes to actually dust everywhere, clean the shower, collect hair and make the glass look neat. Also, the reception area is apalling. Is it really that difficult to tidy up and hide stuff from sight? Look how decent hotels keep their public areas. Your hotel has potential to be really great. The rooms are pretty and spacious. Don't let it down by laziness.

Beautiful room with everything you need, large fridge with freezer, close to metro, several 7/11 nearby, helpful staff, water was brought every day, cleaning and towels on request. Large selection of books in the lobby, possibility of waste sorting, self-checkout.

The drains in the shower need to be cleaned so that the water drains faster. The shelves need to be dusted. Dear hotel management, check your wifi settings, we only had two devices, even when the second one was disconnected, when trying to connect we encountered the error "you have reached the limit of devices for this network"

I had a great stay at this hotel and would happily return. The warm welcome, complete with genuine smiles, set the tone right away. I especially appreciated the free water and ice available in the lobby at any time. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped—with a large fridge, microwave, and a very comfortable king-sized bed. Big windows let in plenty of natural light and offered a lovely view. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the whole space felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room - even without a kitchen, it felt like home. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The only downsides were the WiFi, which didn’t work very well during my stay, and the curtains, which didn’t fully block the daylight. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Excellent location not a busy tourist area but there is everything you need nearby. Restaurants, massage,7/11,malls, dispensary. The rooms are big bed is comfortable AC is good. I’ve stayed here several times and will again when in Bangkok. They have a washing machine you can do your laundry rather than going to laundromat down the street and waiting there you put your laundry in go up to your room come put it in the dryer perfect. The staff is so helpful I put my laundry and went out got sidetracked and when I came back late they had put it in the dryer for me and the bag with my clothes was on my door. Also it real close to the blue line MRT you anywhere from there even both airports, train station and bus station. Ta is the girl that works and is very friendly and helpful.

Close to the MRT so although not central it's easy to get anywhere in Bangkok, really lovely quiet neighbourhood with great food and close to a 7-eleven. Quiet at night. Staff were helpful and spoke English, they don't try to make a profit off laundry, it was cheaper than the one around the corner. rooms are clean, having a fridge is really useful, loads of storage space in the wardrobe. free water downstairs and fridge was restocked with water bottles by the cleaner every day.

A few more hangers in the wardrobe and an extra chair would have been nice
