The hotel has a very upscale appearance, clean and maintained well. Service was top notch, and attendants as well as reception were very prompt and helpful. The location was an absolute chef's kiss. Conveniently right between two Metro stations, an attendant is there during business hours to usher in Grab cars and taxis, and the hotel is adjacent to a small shopping plaza that covers most basic needs. The hotel itself is attached to the plaza, so you can get a Starbucks, McDonalds, souvenirs, a manicure, a gym session, local foods and desserts, as well as make a 7-11 run within a five minute walk from the room elevator. Room service is lightening fast and the food is large in portion (couldn't even finish my meal, stuffed) and it was tasty! I would absolutely stay here again.

I kept getting kicked off of the hotel's Wifi. Even when connected, I needed to "Forget the Network" just to log in again successfully, or else it would show that I was connected, but the internet still wouldn't load anything. This workaround was a short term solution, but still a minor hassle. Also, in order to get hot shower water, I needed to run the shower for about five minutes before it would properly heat up. I called maintenance about this issue and they came in and essentially did the same thing in order to "fix it"

Our stay at The Bazaar Hotel was nothing short of fantastic! The hotel is massive, featuring its own shopping stores and restaurants, which makes it incredibly convenient. From the moment we arrived, the staff assisted us with our luggage, both to the reception and our room, and their friendliness stood out. The room itself was spectacular, offering a stunning view of the city. It was spotless and came with a variety of amenities that made our stay comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool, which overlooked the metro and offered a unique cityscape experience. Dining at the hotel was delightful, with the room service being particularly impressive. The food was fresh and delicious, and we appreciated that there were no extra charges for room service. The breakfast buffet was abundant with options, although it got quite busy between 7-9 AM. We found it more relaxing to dine after 9 AM when the crowd thinned out. Another highlight was the convenience of the hotel’s surroundings. There was a 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, Boots, and several food stalls, all within the hotel compound, providing everything we needed without having to step far.

01. Misleading Restaurant Discount: The booking advertised a 10% discount on restaurant orders, but it turned out to be a one-time deal, which wasn’t clearly stated. This was disappointing as we initially thought it applied to all our dining. Tips : Dining in the restaurant included a service charge, making it pricier compared to room service, which didn’t have extra fees. As a result, we opted for room service during our last two days. Despite this, our overall experience was splendid. The combination of comfort, convenience, and friendly service has made this hotel a place we’d gladly return to. Highly recommend!

Comfortable bed. Polite staff. Spotlessly clean room and hotel. The cleaner did an excellent job servicing my room daily. Beautiful pool.

Some guests were rude and pushed others to get in and out of the lift. There are some big groups who think they are above other guests in the hotel.

Friendly staff, great cafeteria workers with lots of good humour, they were very friendly and helpfull. Even with minor set backs the staff were respectfull. I really recommend this hotel and my stay was deluxe, it had amazing view over the city and the swim pool was good place to be. Also workers at the gym/swim area were nice. I recommend this hotel for every Europian, it has subway/metro station near by for easy travels and location for most sightsee was close by.

Very big room, nicely decorated. Quiet.

If you arrive early, you cannot use the pool area, bacause you need the key card to your room (I was lucky being upgrated so I could get a key card, but only because another employee took over). You are not allowed to bring food or alcohol to the pool area, and it is not possible to buy anything at the pool). The area is not interesting, but metro is only a few hundred metres away

Generally very comfortable room, good location, extremely good value for money.

I was surprised to hear that 5 star hotel could not provide me with the ironing board. The towels could do with renewal! They were white but.. not very white. Lighting in the bathroom is not great - might be a struggle for any female guest who wants to see her face clearly (put on make up, etc)

It’s soo convenient in many ways, for food, transportation, facilities in the building, everything were great. Loved my stay here and will surely come here again

The WiFi connection could be improved to be better inside the room as that’s the only downside of this property.

Everything about this place was amazing! The gym was big and well managed, the room was amazing! Big, clean & comfortable. Really recommend :)

Check in was at 2pm, we arrived at about 11am and had to wait which was fine but then when it came to 2pm our room still wasn’t ready & we had to wait until around 3:30pm to get access. This was the only inconvenience.
