Loved the room,nice quiet hotel. Bed was very comfortable and nice big pillows. Food was delicious from the restaurant. Really liked the feature of being able to ask staff not to disturb me,as I didn't feel well and just relaxed in my room.

Further away from Chatuchak market than it seemed on the booking details. I didn't use the free shuttle as I couldn't figure out how to contact them without a Thai sim card. There was a leak behind the toilet that was constantly dripping.

Staff and owners here were always happy to go above and beyond to help you during your stay, the front desk is always smiling and knowledgeable, the breakfast was always good, with plenty of options, the rooms were well cleaned and privacy well respected. The facilities in the hotel had everything you could ever really ask for with gym, sauna, steam room, big bath and jacuzzi rooms as well as suites available. They even have their own sizeable fish tank/aquarium which adds to the cool ambience of this very funky boutique hotel. To add to that they even offer a free shuttle for their guests to the MRT/BTS link at Ladprao, the main public transport artery, allowing you to navigate Bangkok with ease and at little expense, which means you can enjoy the location of the hotel, in a really nice quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of not 1 but 2 7elevens and the accompanying food stalls and snack vendors. Would definitely stay again... hopefully soon!.

Very hard to find anything, but if I was pushed I would have to mention the music was mostly very good, especially the smooth jazz and relaxing music. I wasn't a big fan of the pop music some evenings it could be very repetitive

Exceptional service, loved the decor, art gallery, pool and jacuzzi, amazing staff, great food and location was quiet and cozy tucked away from the busy downtown of Bangkok! I loved this place and will be going back!

2nd time we've stayed here. Excellent room. Comfortable massive bed. Great jacuzzi bath and shower in a large bathroom. 2 televisions,1 is huge in a separate room that leads to an outside rustic looking room overlooking a garden area with pond, rabbits, and 2 large tortoises, all of which can be hand fed. The swimming pool is good, there's a sauna and steam room but we didn't use those. The coral reef with beautiful fish in the dining area is mesmerising. There's a small art gallery. The staff are helpful and friendly. The area is quiet, and the management will endeavour to give a lift to the nearest BTS station,underground station, railway station, or weekend market. The breakfast is ok with enough choice to get you through the morning. There's a few restaurants within a 10-minute walk. If it's partying, you want, then this isn't the place. If it's away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, then this is the place. 150 baht can get you a travel all day ticket on the BTS. I've travelled extensively for 30 years around Thailand using different types of accommodation, I'll count this place in my top 5.

They need a passionate full-time chef to make the restaurant worth visiting and profitable. Being a chef myself, I know how difficult it is when it's low season, and there isn't much custom or residency

The location is great. It’s in a quiet and clean area. The hotel and the room is very clean. The furniture is new and have a great bed. Very nice garden and great pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’m often in Bangkok for business and from now on I will always stay here. Breakfast is also delicious and big variety on offers. The pizza in the restaurant is great. I’m ver happy that I found this hotel.

On my point of view this Hotel is a strong 9! But I would rate 10 because ppl who run it are really nice! PLACE All tho it might look a bit out dated and maybe requires moke ups at some points but It's really nice and well taken care everyday. Everything looks exactly the same as it shown on their pictures. They even got two pools! The owners are really into art, so whole hotel is like a small gallery that you may visit for free. It has a lot of space where you can find a sit to relax or work. An aquarium at the dining hall is fantastic. ROOM Clean, tidy, cozy beds. ++++ *We had some neighbors outside the balcony in the face of a squeral and a little bird that live on a tree nearby. That was fun to watch them every day. +++ SERVICE: I have no complaints about the service at all. *Mr Pot was really nice and helpful as well as other managers. +++ *They offer free shuttle bus from the hotel to metro and back. ++++++ MY SUGGESTIONS Steaming room - It's a must to be tiled with mosaic. Also you may consider to put into fragrance box - Ginger or Pineapple Room 2015 water pressure of shower is really really weak. Especially when u switch to Hot water. Also what I realized that if someone does work in the garden that involves watering = water pressure of the shower gets even worse. There is a problem of electricity in the toilet room of 2015, it blinks upon opening /closing water faucet of the sink. (Might be a problem of water boiler) 4.A net at the balcony covers the whole balcony by front and sides, but the gap between the roof and wall remains opened. So in my opinion there is no point of the net if still there is a gap which does not stop blood suckers to get in. Toilet room is really in need of more hangers for cloth to hang.

The hotel has a nice setting, some pieces of art are shown, the swimming pool has a beautiful painted wall, the room is cozy and the spa very enjoyable, we didn’t tried the sauna and the gym but they looked fine,the dining room has a pretty big saltwater aquarium,the staff is very friendly and helpful, the free car option to drop and pick you up at the nearby MRT station is convinient,we were able to get our room much earlier than expected,i totaly recommend this place.

You absolutely have to go outside the hotel if want to smoke, the breakfast is a bit pricey if not included in the booking formula,but will fill you up and has many options anyway .

My wife and I enjoyed everything there very much. The staff was extremely friendly, and some spoke English amazingly well. There is a massive aquarium in the restaurant (rough guess 30,000 liters). We were excited to watch a man swim in it to do some cleaning on day. The jacuzzi in the room was very good too. The pump on it was very quiet and not bothersome. The balcony was large and private enough to get romantic. I highly recommend staying there. Everything is fairly new, clean and modern.

The nearest 7-11 is about a 4 to 5 minute walk, and there aren't any other stores closer. My wife and I enjoy going out in the evening for a few drinks, pool, and sometimes get a lady. There is nothing close. But, we used the Bolt app, and it was only around 150 baht to get over to the Nana Plaza area. The food in the restaurant was very good, but took them a long time to prepare.

We honestly can't say enough excellent things about this place. It's in a lovely part of Bangkok, with good connections into the city, and close (10 mins drive or 30 mins walk) to some great spots, such as Chatuchak Market and the park. We stayed 4 nights at the end of 2.5 months in Thailand and it was the perfect decompression - you won't find a better price for whats included. 2 beautiful pools, sauna and steam room. The comfiest bed we've had the whole of our time away. The Jacuzzi bath in our room was an expecially fun treat! Lovely breakfasts. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They let us borrow bikes for short trips to the shops, gave great advice, we're always so warm and accommodating. And even let us enjoy the pool and other fecilities when we arrived at 7am (long before check in) and again on the other side after we'd checked out before heading to the airport. 10\10, 5⭐. We will definitely stay here at the end of every trip to Thailand from now on.
