New and fresh apartment with everything you need even for a longer stay. It’s not big, but enough for 1-2 people. Two big tv, one in the living room and the other one in the bedroom. The washing machine was at the balcony. They have a free shuttle to the metro, which was convenient. The gym was nice. There are restaurants, 7 Eleven and massage places nearby, but other than that, you need to go somewhere else. I liked the place a lot.

They have a rooftop terrace but it closes at 6.00 already.

Comfortable bed and Air conditioning.i like a lot my stay here. The staff is very welcoming and nice and I also like the fact that there is a security guard 24/7. They also bring free bottles of water everyday and I really like that.

The location is very far from the city center like other people have already mentioned and it's also bad connected to the city center by public means of transport. Indeed The closest underground station is 25 min Walking far away from the residence . They have a free shuttle bus Which go to the closest subway station,but it runs just in part of the day and just 1 time each hour . So it is not very helpful. As a result I had to rent a cab every time when I wanted to go to the city center. Just bear in mind that for your stay

Perfect stay in Bangkok, Room was a studio with all the facilities and a small balcony with a washing machine. Hotel is few km away from center but taxis come very quickly. Massages, restaurants, and supermarkets are in the same street. Place was very clean, everything was great! Definitely recommend staying there !

Room is clean, quite small for 2 people but reasonable with the price.

The hotel will charge you 500Bath if you color the towel (I think it worth aroud 100-150 Bath/Towel). I used the towel so carefully and was not be charged the fine. I asked the hotel to help me finding a Van for 6 hours on the 1st night for 3600 Bath, i quickly realize you can find the same service on Grab or Klook... for around 2500 Bath.

The guy that works in reception is a star! Great service and very kind, always trying to help the best as much as he can. And a shout out also the gate keeper is super helpful and smiley. The place is really nice and clean. We stayed for three nights to test it out and now have taken it for a month. Monthly rates are cheaper, paid at residence. The place is exactly as advertised, so no surprises.

The rooftop isn't as shown on advertised pictures and you can't go up there after 7pm. Bathroom a bit small to get around, would be better if they removed the door completely or put a sliding door.

We moved here for one week after being in a more central location and we really enjoyed it. The room was big enough with a comfortable bed, quiet aircon, good shower and a basic kitchen. We hired a scooter so the location was not an issue. There are malls within a few minutes drive and we recommend the park near Chataxhuk market for a small blast of countryside. We ate at a few of the local restaurants in the street just 2 mins walk and enjoyed all of them. 711 and Lotus are also within 2 mins walk.

Our room was comfortable and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Siamplaengna Residence Isn’t in a touristy part of Bangkok, which we liked, and it isn’t on a busy street, but it clean and there is card lock entry. They provide a ride to the nearest Metro station, Ratchadaphisek, several times a day, and it’s easy to get a songthaew back (walk to the corner of Soi Siamplaengna 19 and Lat Phrao 26 Alley), Recommend taking the Metro to Bang Pho station and taking the water taxi to the central part of the city.

The internet was a a bit slow at night. Longer hours for the shuttle service to the Metro station would be convenient.

We had a nice stay at Siamplaengna Residence. The staff was very kind and helpful. There was a small issue when we first checked in, but it was resolved quickly, and we had great communication with the gentleman at the reception – he was fantastic. The room was small but cozy and comfortable. The location is average – it’s quite far from everything if you don’t have a car or scooter, but they offered a shuttle service to the metro, which is a great option. Overall, I can recommend this place.

The only inconvenience was that the bathroom door opened inward, which made it a bit awkward to use.

I liked the layout (floor map) of the studio; even though it was small by size there was everything needed there, even a small balcony where I could hang towels, etc. I liked its kitchen. I liked the magnifying mirror next to the ordinary mirror in the bathroom. I liked the additional free services provided by the Residence: free drinking water, free transport to the nearest metro station, etc. I liked the location of the Residence; in a quiet side street yet so close to a main street with all sorts of shops, supermarkets, etc.

I liked everything. The bathroom was a bit small, but no problem for me being slim.

I recently stayed at Siamplaeng Residence in Bangkok and had a wonderful experience. Even though we decided to extend our holiday for three days and the hotel was fully booked, the manager went above and beyond to help us. He managed to provide us with apartments for the extra three days, ensuring that we had a place to stay.
