Perfect stay in Bangkok, Room was a studio with all the facilities and a small balcony with a washing machine. Hotel is few km away from center but taxis come very quickly. Massages, restaurants, and supermarkets are in the same street. Place was very clean, everything was great! Definitely recommend staying there !

Room is clean, quite small for 2 people but reasonable with the price.

The hotel will charge you 500Bath if you color the towel (I think it worth aroud 100-150 Bath/Towel). I used the towel so carefully and was not be charged the fine. I asked the hotel to help me finding a Van for 6 hours on the 1st night for 3600 Bath, i quickly realize you can find the same service on Grab or Klook... for around 2500 Bath.

The guy that works in reception is a star! Great service and very kind, always trying to help the best as much as he can. And a shout out also the gate keeper is super helpful and smiley. The place is really nice and clean. We stayed for three nights to test it out and now have taken it for a month. Monthly rates are cheaper, paid at residence. The place is exactly as advertised, so no surprises.

The rooftop isn't as shown on advertised pictures and you can't go up there after 7pm. Bathroom a bit small to get around, would be better if they removed the door completely or put a sliding door.

I recently stayed at Siamplaeng Residence in Bangkok and had a wonderful experience. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a living room, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Despite being in one room, it felt spacious enough for a couple and had a romantic vibe. The location may not be near the center, but it's a calm and quiet place, which can be a nice change. Even though we decided to extend our holiday for three days and the hotel was fully booked, the manager went above and beyond to help us. He managed to provide us with apartments for the extra three days, ensuring that we had a place to stay. It was a relief to have everything sorted out smoothly Overall, I highly recommend Siamplaeng Residence for a cozy and flexible stay in Bangkok

We really liked the Room itself. It was very clean and and welcoming. The Staff was always friendly and the Security even helped Carrying luggage and helped with Translation for Delivery and Taxi drivers. They view from the Room was amazing and we always had a cool room thanks to the working A/C.

I would not count it as negativ, since we never told someone. But we didnt had warm Water for Shower. Maybe there was just something broken? A little uncomfy for us was the Loud noises of People Doors shutting very loud. And the Bed was really hard to lay one, made it less comfy but still acceptable to sleep on.

They have a free shuttle to the MRT station. Beautiful room, everything was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. Grateful for the complimentary drinks and snacks. Close to the amazing restaurant The vegetarian cottage

The man at the reception was a bit rude explaining all the fines when we arrived. We didn't see him again after that

Great staff, excellent property, close to local shops and restaurants. The front office manager was particularly very kind and accommodating. I'd like to thank him for all his hospitality. The property feels like a 5 star serviced apartment. Very clean and extremely unique style.

The only negative I can say is that it's a bit far from major areas and tourist attractions. So if you want a local Bangkok feel and don't mind the small alleys and shops, this is perfect for you.

Everything was great! We had a nice cosy studio with everything you need for a longer stay. Both me and my partner worked from there and we had no issues with the WiFi or anything else. The staff is super attentive and nice! Would recommend for a longer stay and if you want to stay a bit further away from the busy Sukhumvit area.

The price for value is amazing, service and staff was lovely and very attentive, all of the instructors are clear and are also provided in the room;plus all of cooking pans and cutlery provided and daily bottled water. It has a lot of 7/11 and other restaurants in the area, including local food market, where you can choose from variety of foods, i loved it.

The location is remote from any tourist attractions, and far from tube, however, you can take local 'bus' for 10B,if you use blue line. If you take taxi in the morning make sure to get toll road, as traffic is horrible

Wonderful alternative for hotels. This apartment style hotel is a great option for people that already know Bangkok and want to get away from the tourist locations. Good service, apartment is being cleaned daily, the gym was great and the location isn't too far from Ladprao but you will need a car, motorbike or use trains to get around. The hotel also currently has a free shuttle service to the nearest train a few times a day. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel... 😌
