Quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to transportation, shops, and eats. The ''check-in'' crew were attentive yet laid back. Room looks just like it does on Booking. Space was new, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Thank you.

Would you consider a different, faster, and more discreet way to enter the building's main front door? At night, even if it is a safer part of Bangkok, it is uncomfortable to have to look for the entry code and enter each beeping number for entrance in a very quiet soi. Also, getting dropped off & picked up by Grab, or having food delivered is challenging because the Google maps always points the drivers to pick up/ deliver on the soi (street) behind where the main entrance is. This leads to confusion and the drivers will call to find the place but language barriers can extend the confusion. It's no big deal, but it can be a bit confusing for a person new to Thailand and maybe your team, Mitt Haus, can find solutions to help your future guests sort it out. Excellent space!

I think it is my first 10 in booking reviews. Exceptional cleanliness and room's facilities. I liked the desk, the bathtub, the cozy chair that were there. Big windows and comfortable bed. The room is pretty spacious. I thought for a second of buying this apartment for myself, hehe. The building is located a bit far from the city center and main attractions but in 10 minutes walk from Phahon Yothin MRT and the Central mall, also 15 minutes drive from Chatuchak park/market, so there's lots of possibilities for shopping and living 'normal person's life'. It is also pretty close to DMK airport. Wi-Fi was the fastest of all that I used during my 3 months in Asia. A self check-in, digital locks, and common kitchen with free snacks are also a lovely touch.

It is a 4 floor building with pretty narrow stairs without an elevator, and there is no front desk or staff, so if you're not comfortable with bringing your luggage up and down by yourself, it could be a problem, also it will not work for some people with physical disadvantages. Even though it was not a huge deal for me personally, hence my rating, I think other guests should note that. Also, note that the fridge is only in the common kitchen on the 1st floor, so if you bring the food with you, you have to store it at least two staircases away from you.

The property has a little bit distance and far from the MRT (metro) I recommend to those who are travelling with large luggages, taxi is needed to get there and also the property does not have elevator in service, if you don’t really mind to carry all of your stuff up to the stairs. This is fair enough.

Our room at the 4th floor was very spacious, quiet, bright and comfy, also super clean! We easily found the location using Googlemaps. Self check-in with codes is very convenient. MRT and BTS are close enough. They pay a great attention to aromas, we found different aroma diffusors and very aromatic shampoo/gel/cream. Hot water is strong. The common arear at the first floor offers many sweets and cookies, coffe, tea, water. It`s always available and very generous. We really enjoyed our stay! Many thanks!

As mentioned in many reviews, the house doesn`t have a lift. The bed is a bit hard. We were confused with hot water at the bath tube, we used hot water from the shower.

I loved my stay in this house and would definitely stay here again if I'd get the chance. Top ratings for their staff as they're very accommodating. I didn't need to see them to feel welcomed and tended to. They messaged every step of the way and always replied to messages when I initiated. The room was tidy, and the bed was so soft and comfortable that I rested well each night. It was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location is near many food stalls, the train station, a grocery, and the venue for the event i flew over for. The free bottled waters saved me a ton since it's hot in thailand, and I need to make sure I'm hydrated for my whole stay. Excellent value for money, highly recommended! Thank you for such a great experience!

The location was great for us as I was visiting friends in Bangkok who stayed on the same street, however the location might not suit everyone. It is close to two metro stations though and close to the airport.

What a beautiful place to stay in Bangkok! Everything is new, clean and fresh. Bed is so comfortable and clean, bathroom is roomy and the shower is amazing! A/C makes sure you stay nice and cool during those very hot nights! Located in a very quiet residential street with no traffic (you'll sleep like a baby) but at the same time just few minutes away from the main road with bus stops, subway station and big supermarkets. And last but not least, the staff is super polite and kind! Very quick to respond and give clear instructions on how to check in/out! Highly recommended!

Convenient place to stay. Not so far to train station (MRT and skyline) and malls (Union Mall, Big C, and Central Ladprao). I got some delicious snacks and drinks powder. So clean, tidy, private, lovely indoor and outdoor environments!

Just a really small thing. The AC is right above the bed. Since we are easily to catch a cold, we have to turn it on and off (Another good thing, the blanket is really comfy. Our savior!)

Since I found this place I have stayed here every time I visit Bangkok. Easy access to the metro and BTS to get into the busy areas. The area Mitt Haus is in is also really quiet so it's nice to get some peace after a busy day in the city.

The place is super clean and cosy where it is located in a quite area with easy access to bts. the host is very friendly with quick responses. the cleaner is also very nice and polite. will definately stay again for my next visits
