Very good safety measures. Hotel cannot be entered without a key card or number code given by the staff. The room door has an automatic lock. The room and bed were small, but I did not mind at all. I like the private bathroom with a shower closet. Towels and other accessories are provided. Also a full body mirror - amazing. Complimentary water is in a jug.

The pillows were too soft and squishy. Not comfortable for my head. The hangers were too high for me. I could barely reach it on my tiptoes.

The room was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive too! Being able to message the host on WhatsApp and having an immediate response was extremely helpful, especially when you don’t have wifi everywhere!

Was quite far from the centre of town about a 15 mins walk to the closest station. It does look like a new station is being built around the corner, so this is unlikely to be a problem for long. Also the walls are very thin and we could hear the next room going to the toilet.

The location is good cause it’s only a 1 minute walk from MRT (Yellow Line) Phawana station. The hotel owner is very kind and friendly, he provided useful information to me as it was my first time visiting Thailand. The drinks in their Cafe are also remarkable. Also, room price is fair. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff member did a great job of making us feel at home gave us some great advice to get settled in and get some food after a 30 hour flight the rooms were clean, and the amenities plentiful. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Owner is communicative and responsive. The place is exceptionally clean and in order. Though it's an old house the rooms feel soundproof. They will do washing and drying laundry for 160 baht, more expensive than other places but convenient and reliable. Transportation is difficult at first but easy once you get the hang of it, MRT is about a 20 min walk, but there are guys with reflective jackets driving motorbikes just adjacent the hotel. They hang out under the umbrella and will take you to the MRT for 40 baht or the BTS for about 80 baht. Getting back is the tricky part, you can get to the MRT or BTS then take a taxi. My tactic was take the bike to the MRT in the morning then just get a taxi back. It's pricey but safer, more convenient, and far less stressful than trudging the streets of Bangkok in the dark Also by that corner spot where the drivers hangout is a market with cheap delicious food. They have vegetarian options. Also right past the seven eleven on the same street as the hotel/coffee shop is a lady who grills bananas and they're a good cheap meal. Remember the street number, Lat Phrao 41(sii sib et) and you'll get back by taxi easy. The area is quiet, very few foreigners, and easy to access from main road.

It'd have been nice to be closer to the BTS, park, or a temple; however it wasn't much of a big deal. Also the water kettle in 4b room wouldn't reach the outlet so it had to go on the floor. Nothing too substantial.

The place was spotlessly clean. Cleanliness is of utmost importance for me while booking a place and this hotel completely fulfilled the expectations that I had from looking at the pictures. The staff was very helpful. I liked that they had slippers for their guests, to use while inside the hotel and had a place to take the dirty shoes off. This little detail felt like home. The decor and overall ambiance of the place was also quite welcoming. I really liked staying at this hotel.

The location was a little far from the Lat Phrao metro station so that was a slight issue but other than that it was ok. Also, they don't have a lift, so if you have luggage and you get a room on the 3rd or 4th floor then that can be a bit difficult.

It’s s 3-storey units with no lift so need to bring your stuffs up by stairs.

I loved this hotel. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I booked the single room which is quite small but so cozy. Everything is very modern, clean and in a good condition. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is not the most convenient and there is nothing to see around the hotel but there is a metro station close by (5 minutes motorbike and 15 minutes walking).

This place is amazing! Very clean, the bed is supercomfy, the room is decorated in a cozy way. I felt like at home from the first minute. The staff is very nice and superhelpful, the communication via whatsapp was very smooth. Next to the hotel are many options to eat, it is easy to get a public transport, easy to get to the airport and the centre. The wifi is the fastest in Thailand :) I had some important meeting video calls and they went excellent. I really recommend the palce - you will not regret!

Stairs are too steep. The stair handle is full of Christmas decoration, impossible to hold and risk of falling
