For what we paid it was a surprise. It was clean for the most parts and we managed to check in a little earlier than planned. The best part about the hotel is where it was, if you want to experience local life here is a great place to do so! Directly over the road you have a local restaurant that serves the best noodles and the best fresh drinks for as little as £3 for two people. 7/11 everywhere too. Amazing shower and cute mini balcony.

If you are wanting to go back and forth to Bangkok's main attractions like China Town for instance it is 30mins in a taxi and tuk tuks are not available on grab in that area (taxis are more expensive with the tolls) so if you want more of that side I'd consider how much it costs back and fourth and filter that into staying somewhere closer. Staff were fine, I wouldn't say polite but they're doing their jobs I guess. Hairs in the fridge and bathroom door from previous guests, bit gross.

Located in the vicinity of many Korean restaurants and with a 7-11 nearby, it's quite convenient for travellers. However, the main mode of transport is taxi or private car. Rooms are clean and have microwave and electric kettle. Courteous staff. Grab Foood Delivery was a lifesaver.

No slippers. No soap except hand-wash of low quality. No telephone with reception desk. Sofa cum bed is very uuncomfortable.

it's a new building. so everything's new and clean. there is a tiny gym on 2nd floor. Some staffs are nice. (one night i ask for a tissue, that staff gave me in that moment. but the other night my friend asked receptionist but he said housekeeper will give it tomorrow. next day i still need to go get it by myself

The location is so so for me. it's 2km from subway stations but u will be sweating before arrival there by walk. if u take a motorcycle taxi, it cost 20 baht/round. *Do not ask the prize for that. just give them 20 baht. coz if they know u are not bkk ppl they will charge more* i got that experience already.

The room is nice, clean bed sheets and since its new building, its is 10/10 but to make it minus a bit is we booked for 4 nights in a row but NONE come to cleaning even have page up the sign CLEAN ROOM sign has flashing on the doorbell sign. it makes it minus point. 4 nights no cleaning service at all. hope the management will take notice of this. other than that it is perfect and worth it. the staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a great apartment hotel to use for a holiday. Some might not like the location as it isn't close to public transport, however grabs were cheap which I preferred and were comfortable. The apartment also gets cleaned every 2 days and the small kitchenette, washing machine on the balcony was perfect for us. If you have lots of washing, then I suggest you come with or buy more clothes hangers as the clothes line while sufficient for a couple may not be big enough for a family. There is also a laundromat 2-3 mins down the road. Air-conditioning was strong which was amazing to keep the heat at bay. I couldn't hear my neighbours so no problem with noise. 7 eleven is 2 mins down the road and there is local restaurants and street food everywhere. Come prepared with cash. Overall a nice place to stay and great value for what you pay.

There is only ONE feedback. There was some mould in the shower that could be removed with bleach or natural alternatives. Once that is fixed this place is a 10/10

It is a good place overall. Check in was fast and smooth, we paid a 1000 baht deposit and got the keys, the manager showed us the apartment. Later on we left the car in the parking. The shower was okay and the bed was comfy and tidy. Washing machine saved our trip:)

There was some water leaking from the bathroom and every morning there was a pool of water in the living room. Although there was a cleaning by request, this issue spoiled the general impression. It might be noisy if someone could live in the next room, but luckily our neighbours went to bed early so we didn’t hear them in the night. And the main thing we would like to have in this flat was an electric stove, just a small suggestion not a claim🙏🏻

It's a very comfortable and quiet place, they have all stuff in a room, a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The room was clean and had a pretty cozy design. Highly recommend that hotel! :)
