I had an incredible stay at this Apartment in Thailand! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Our host was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the trip. They gave great local recommendations and made check-in/out smooth and hassle-free. The amenities were a huge plus – from the maggie , Snacks to the comfortable bed to the fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning (which was a lifesaver in the heat!). Whether you're here for a short getaway or a longer vacation, this place is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Thailand!

The spacious house has all we needed, clean and well equipped. The cafe opposite the house was the highlight, we had breakfast there everyday.

Access to the main landmarks and markets was over half hour drive, there wasn’t too much to do in immediate surroundings but grab is always the cheap and best option to go out and about.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect. Just a short walk to BTS Sutthisan, which makes getting around Bangkok very easy. It's also close to Jodd Fairs night market, so I could enjoy great local food and atmosphere every night. There’s a 7-Eleven just around the corner, and many local shops and restaurants nearby. The area feels safe and is not too crowded, which I really liked. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

The house was awesome, every single room there is toilet(with bidet) & mini pantry..Can accomadate my family members of 12 pax & still hav extra bed....check in was easy..There are 24hours 7eleven nearby(walking distance) & a massage parlour along the road..All arrangements made by the owner was properly execute...

To carry up your uggage was alittle bit difficult as there was no lift, just hav to b extra careful when going up/down with luggage..other than that..everything is good

The house is clean and everything looks new. Free snacks, cup noodles and water bottles. Easy to get to restaurants. Malls and shops easy can access with short drive. Alert for driver with big long van😉sharpen your skills to do reverse parking in a narrow space. Rooms are spacious. Just remind the young children to be extra careful using the stairs.

Very clean and comfortable residence. Had a pleasant stay. Very attentive and accommodating host, allowed us to check out late at 12pm. Free welcome snacks and drinking water provided which was very nice of them. Very close to an MRT station. Value for money.

Please note that there'll be stairs to climb to get to the rooms. And the location is a bit far away from most main attractions, although it is very close to MRT station

Brilliant set up at Neveu Premier Residence which could fit all 8 of us. Besides 100% clean and comfy, owner was very attentive towards visitors' needs. Multiple universal adaptors were provided for phone charging, washing machine was equipped with detergent and plenty of clothes hangers. Bathrooms were squeaky clean and off course the entire house was well maintained. Residence is just walking distance to MRT, very easy access to other part of the cities. My aunts had so much good words about Neveu Premier Residence and this will remain our 1st choice of accommodation whenever we travel to Bangkok.

I have very high expectations on accommodation whenever I travel. However, I really cannot think of anything negative to comment about Nevue Premier Residence. Please keep up your good work!

Good location - near to almost everything that I'm planning to do. The facilities within the house were excellent & the PIC was also very helpful & attentive.

Road access is quite challenging especially during pick up/drop off

Beds were really hard and gave most of us backaches. Wifi was slow.
