Close proximity to Metro literally beside the building..the food street just 50m away..at night it all comes alive, 7/11 and KFCif Thai Food isn't the favourite.The room was cosy, spacious, and cool, a great respite from heat outside.Quiet and not overly crowded. Room smells great. Staff were great. Late check-out at 12nn. Buffet ends at 11am unlike most places at 9am but just the basics..again get creative and whip up something. My request for extra pillows were met, prefer it firm tho'

Distance to Siam Central and tourist attractions, but no problem if we know the alternative routes.Hotel's water heater was like 🥵🥶🥵🥶🥵🥶🥵🥶, flushing isn't great as water pressure a little low.

Really nice room with a comfortable bed. Good lighting. Well located a few steps from MRT stop, with a direct access way open until 10pm that saves you a couple minutes walk. Plenty of food / convenience shops nearby. Good value for money for the comfort level.

Shower hot water seemed to come in short pulses...... it would go cold and then after a minute or 2 warm up again for a few seconds, before gong cold again. Really annoying. Did exactly the same both evening and morning. Would have been a perfect stay apart from this.

Loved the location, but even more the staff which was very professional and friendly. The neighbourhood is really good as well, I'd stay there again. My room was very clean and comfortable.

No complaints, everything was good. If you want a more touristy place or something closer to Khaosan or other such fun stuff, maybe pick somewhere closer to those locations.If you don't mind being a bit away from those locations, there's a metro nearby which is great and you can always use a taxi to get back to the hotel.

Location is very strategic if you don't like the bustling city cos it's very quiet around the area. It's very near to MRT exit.

Even though it's near to MRT exit, there's a curfew to use the shortcut door (until 10pm only). If safety is the concern, they should allow card holder to tap their card for entrance. And actually it's quite far from city center. I stayed in room 703 which the shower is slow and the shower head is dirty. I complained to the counter but it's still the same the next day.

The staff were very nice, polite, informative and friendly. There is a well decorated cozy space at the lobby area for working or eating with some kitchen wear provided. The bed was so so comfy supporting well sleep. Super close to MRT, and many food shops around as well as convenient store, even some halal food shops. I defenitely recomend.

There was some dust on the floor on the first day but after required the room cleaning on the second day, everything was perfect.

convenient location, sufficient and easy to use gym, clean bathroom although a screen between shower and toilet would be ideal. Everything works, no unpleasant surprises. Check-ins and outs were fast.

The air quality during my stay was terrible but that's not your fault. Also, one night a maintenance person was painting the entryway and somewhat rudely gestured for me not to step on the paint.

Situated by MRT light rail, this is very convenient for traveling around the city. The hotel offers staffed breakfast, which includes freshly cooked eggs to your liking for a good price at 149 Baht.

When check out requires receipt to refund the 1000 Baht deposit. After a 3-week stay, I was lucky to find the receipt. Also, the telephone to the facility never worked after several attempt over a few days.

Great location! Near metro, 7 Eleven, ATM, restaurants, izakaya, hair saloon, massage saloon, etc. near everywhere. You can reach to all of them in 1 or 2 minutes. Maybe more less time. Also, price is perfect for this location. Bed is good. Staff is helpful and thoughtful.

Breakfast can be better but fruits and coffee were good. Wifi connection can be little bit faster. When I don't use wifi or leave hotel, wifi connection forgets. But, generally is good.

The hous keeping and kitchen stuff were friendly

One is I requested a computer to book a tiket and they did not have as you know some things can't work in mobile and the handover between night shifts and mornings are poor as well good command in English language and the corridors need to have some automatic air freshners.
