That was a good idea to arrange for the hotel guests a shuttle tuk tuk to station. The staff at the breakfast room were very helpful and very organised. I wish it would be nice if there were more variety for European breakfast.

My departure flight was at 23:40. I asked at the reception for late check out at 15:00 if possible. I got an answer that “ hotel was full booked and not possible “. I tried to asked again different receptionist a few days later and she told me that “ if you pay 800THB , it is possible to stay until 18;00”. I have been reading a hotel service special offer for late check out and shuttle service to station in the alveolar. But I agreed to pay 800THB to keep the room until 18:00.

This was our second stay at Northgate Ratchayothin and, though the rooms were pretty much identical to the ones we had the first time, the cleanliness and tranquility of these fifth floor rooms were much much better (no mosquitos, for instance). As a consequence, the comfort of our stay improved a great deal. The staff is nice as usual and the breakfast is good. Overall, this is a very convenient place for the price we paid.

As for the first experience, we asked for triple rooms but there were no additional beds for the children, just a king size bed (meant for the whole family?). You can ask for additional beds paying 1.000 baht per day.

Room 216 Very nice business type hotel with huge room which also had a lovely big bathroom and shower. It was very clean with good facilities. The staff were excellent. Although we think it’s in a good position that was mainly because we only stayed one night and over the other side of the road was a great set of bars and restaurants. Locals mainly with excellent food options. The hotel provides a shuttle tuk tuk service to the nearest BTS station. Don’t know which one as we didn’t make use of it. We would definitely return if needing an overnight stay.

It is a very clean hotel very close to Chatuchak market and nearby shopping malls. Rooftop pool is enough for swimming and clean. Staff is very helpful all time and their English level is excellent. They also provide smoking at the balcony rooms at the top floor which is very convenient for smokers. There are many restaurants and bars just across the street via bridge.

closest convenient store is 300-400mt far. There is nothing to do in walking distance so not good for morning walkers before breakfast

The reception, cleaners ,door and restaurant staff , everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is very good and they provide a shuttle service to the BTS all day on request. The rooftop pool is small but lovely , with fresh large towels, shower and toilet facilities with a small rooftop gym too. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options and good coffee and tea. The rooms were large with good air con and a very comfy bed, great showers with a bench for the less mobile. Quiet rooms with lots of food and drink options nearby.

the room is spacious and the front desk speaks fluent English which is good for foreign travelers like me. Personally, I chose to book this accommodation as it was one of the filming locations of my favorite Thai series.

I think some of the facilities inside the room are quite old and needed to be replaced already. The location is also not strategic if you're planning to spend most of your time in the center of Bangkok like in Siam. If you're coming from Dong Mueang Airport, it might be a better option but if you're arriving from Suvarnabhumi, then I don't recommend this location specially when you're coming in on a rush hour because Bangkok traffic could really eat up your time.

Easy access from the toll way and BTS. Big and clean rooms. Pleasant staff that is very helpful and speaks English very well. Free tuktuk rides from hotel to BTS. Close to Major Ratchayothin Mall and even closer to Box Space, a collection of restaurants across the street. I like the roof terrace with the pool, pool is fairly large and seems clean. Close to a massage shop. Room service food tasted good.

My only issue would be that the restaurant/bar is closed after breakfast. It would be great to be able to just walk downstairs and have a drink/meal throughout the day.

Great location, close to Nakonchailair bus terminal. Across the road also have many bars and eateries. About 5 mins to Bts Station by tuk tuk provided by hotel. Nice pool area. Big room, comfy bed. Overall, all good. I will stay here again next time I'm in bkk.

Gym quite small, only about 3 machines. No problem though.

This was hands down the best hotel we had during our stay in Bangkok. The staff was so nice and solved anything we asked for within minutes. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and had many options to choose from. Would definitely use this hotel again if I'd ever go back to Bangkok
