Staff very helpful, professional and very polite. When staff could not speak English well, they quickly engaged a staff member to assist and we were able to communicate. Staff were very attentive. We had an issue with room service delivery and very quickly the F&B manager was at our door to rectify the situation, he was very professional and courteous. We were happy with the service we received. Room was very quiet, no noise outside the room or from street level.

Bed was hard. Could not get the light in the wardrobe / closet to go out, it stayed on all night. Our initial food order from room service was well below standard, bordering on appalling, the F&B manager visited us and took away the food and returned later with Squid salad and Tom Yum Kung as an apology, my partner said the food was amazing. Room could do with a bit of an update, particularly the wardrobe door which would not close and comes off it's track easily.

The hotel is nearby Kasetsart University station. I travelled from DMK airport. I took the Red Line to Bang Sue, then changed to Blue Line to Mo Chit. Had a nice iced latte at Metro Mall only adjacent to Mo Chit station as I was heading to Sukhumvit Line (Green Line) towards Kasetsart University station. The hotel is located about 5 min nice walk from the station and you will find a 7-eleven only steps away before you turn right to the hotel entrance. Convenient hotel if you have work at Kasetsart University and does not fancy shopping during holidays or work trips as there are no malls nearby.

I did not take the breakfast as it doesn't serve any vegetarian options. If you are vegan/vegetarian, please do observe some restaurants nearby Maruay, there are plenty option available.

Room service food is not good. The third time staying here and the food has been consistently bad. Room was comfortable and spacious, just a bit more attention to cleaning...mirrors need a good polish, dining chair older style and stained. Shampoo is difficult to get out of the bottle. It would be nice if that was changed to a bottle that is easier to use.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and bathtub. The room is spacious and comfortable for 3 people. Less than 10 min walk to the BTS.

The light in the closet wouldn't turn off at night, the water in the bathtub and shower was very hot and difficult to make cold.

Everything about hotel was good. Room size and bathroom was large enough for 2 people and very clean, swimming pool was large and was great for having a good swim. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. Staff were kind and helpful Would stay again

Nothing that i wasn't expecting, It is far from large shopping mall and town if that is what you are looking for but there are some local shops for food and a 7-11 etc.

Good location for access to the city on the Skytrain system. Better value than hotels in city centre.

Reception area was undergoing renovation, so quite noisy if staying in hotel during the day time. Bathroom was a bit dated - this needed renovation.

Room is very clean and modern. I am more than happy to return again, Food is delicious and Chinese restaurant is superb. Staff is very helpful and friendly. 5 mins walk to BTS.

Kind staff, good breakfast and a convenient location very close to the station. You can see the staff makes all their best effort to take care of your stay and things are well thought trough.

The coffee was awkward, so if it is important part of your breakfast you may prefer to have it in one of the coffee shops nearby.

It was close to bt’s train line. The staff were very lovely. My bed and room was very good.
