Really clean, pretty and stylish room with comfortable bed. Great breakfast (western and asian).

Upon arrival at night, I dealt with a non-functioning locker card. The staff member couldn't fix it and said he would come back shortly with a new one, but he didn't come. Only after I inquired did he return and told me it would be resolved in the morning. In the morning, I addressed it at the reception, and the employee tried to fix it, but he was unsuccessful and then promised to return, but he didn't. I had to go back to the reception again, and eventually, the card worked for opening the room, but it didn't work in the elevator. Very noisy in the morning.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was absolutely amazing! From check in to check out the staff was friendly and efficient. Bed was comfortable and layout was great. Light rail yellow line was easy to walk to and a quick ride into central Bangkok with one transfer. Bolt app worked well for rides only had to wait 5 mins at the most. Breakfast was good with many options and a made to order egg station.

I love how spacious it is, didnt expect that my room will be that big as I was all alone but then it was lovely. The staff there were all helpful. Thank you so much!

The location, it is quite far from the city and trains. Need to take grab/bike to go to trains etc

The location is pretty close the the place where I needed to go. The price of the stay wasn't too high, the facilities were very clean and the staff was very accommodating. We also booked the breakfast and it was better than expected. The food was good, and the hotel managed the breakfast area very well despite the overflowing tourists in the venue (like 10 buses of tourists checking out at the same time).

There was only one point to improve and that was the sealant in the shower area. The sealant at the bottom of the glass was not well-maintained (or may be forgotten to recheck before real use) and the water was leaking out from the shower area to the toilet area and completely soaked the doormat towel.

spacious room, fantastic pool access view, and balcony. Huge car park. all satisfied.

The corridor is so long. Some rooms required walking more than 200 meters to reach, which may be hard for the elderly

The breakfast was great, as was the bed. The location is a bit far from the metro, but there is a cool mall area with nice cheap Thai area called Happy Land one stop or an easy walk away.

The primary group who stay here are large groups of Chinese tourists. They kept hawking lugis in the pool and were frequently shouting at each other.

Staff friendly and helpful. Concierge actual when out of his way to help me find an ATM.

Great place to stay. We selected the location and this Hotel because of private appointments in that area. But, even for going down town it was great. Super clean, spacious rooms and super friendly staff. Ok wester breakfast, but great Asian food selection! All good.

Western breakfast could be with higher quality food, but considering the hotel is visited mainly by Asian customers understandable that the western breakfast is not priority.

Check in. They’re welcome are not good. (Maybe at that time of duty employees was not good)**check in time Jan 29, 8:20pm** She doesn’t show me my room. Hotel is so big so difficult to fine room. And no more welcome juice.

Very clean. We were in block 100yds from main hotel. We didn’t use the facilities of the hotel. Went across for breakfast every morning.

Overrun with Chinese staying one night on buses. There is only one place to eat within walking distance on a night. Turn left out of the hotel and 100yd on the left. Local food but very nice.
