Spacious room, good airco, bed and pillow. Desk for working. Clean and proper bathroom with hot and cold water and good shower. Great and extensive breakfast buffet. Dinner options. Nice pool overlooking the skyline. Proper gym with good airco. Helpful and kind staf

Location not close to Center or tourist spots (but airport is easily reached). More a business hotel.

Always comfortable, clean and safe. The rooms are big. Similar to North American hotel rooms. My room was over 500 square feet. The staff are very pleasant and will bring you your requests quickly. We Arrived late in the evening and there was a complimentary fruit bowl in the room, a nice touch!

Hotel room service should be 24/7 even a very limited menu would be fine, some Thai and some basic western dishes and items that can be pre prepped. Sandwiches, yogurts, fruit, cereal etc. At the moment the last order is taken at 2030. With BKK being a very busy aviation hub people will be arriving and departing at odd hours and after a long flight/day will be keen to get to the hotel, and disappointed if there is no food available for several hours.

The facilities were excellent, with everything well-maintained and modern. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff provided good service and were always helpful. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the airport and the city.

We stayed on the executive floor giving us access to a private lounge. The refreshments in the lounge were disappointing but the duty manager personally resolved the issue. A very good ambassador for the hotel.

I liked the shower pressure and temperature. The nice view from the window. The bed and sheets were comfortable.

The food. It wasn't bad, it tasted like hotel food though. Street food, or small vendor food is a better option. Thai food is so good and everyone makes it, so it's easy to find elsewhere.

They had no smoking all thro out , so had to go all the way down from the 21st floor for a cigarette, a balcony would have been nice but my view was amazing the hotel was amazing the staff was excellent in everyway

We knew before but keep in mind that you need a taxi (can be arranged in some minutes by the staff!) to the city center. Costs no more than 300 bath so no problem at all.

Excellent service as our room connected and in the shower hot water was not available and fixed immediately by the technician, 👍 all is well maintained.

Break fast way too expensive, we paid a om for one night and breakfast should be included , downside in pricing .

Hotel is very near the Airport. 24 hours reception working. Very good and clean room. Very silent coridor floor. I like view from window.

Restaurant close at 0:00. Usually after we like to seat woth friend in a pub but even pub is closing cery early.

I didn't like that i could only stay for 4 days. Was getting used to the amazing pool and food.
