The breakfast provided is good. Thai street food and sushi are available right outside the hotel (Recommended) The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff have difficulty with English but they try their best to be accommodating.

Too far away from all the attractions. At least a 30-minute taxi drive with difficulty finding taxis. Will recommend using the GRAB app (UBER equivalent in Thailand) for travelling. The gym is a small room with barely any equipment.

Very comfortable bed. The rooms are very spacious, good condition and cozy! It’s a great place to rest.

It’s very far to everything. But at the end, isn’t inconvenient, because you have moto, boat, bus and train closed. But you need to take all them in order to go the main activities. Or pay expensive taxi to get there. Otherwise 7/11 it’s close and good food plaza right next.

Far away fromBangkok.. To get bus you must go 1km by walk.. They did not kept sugar and milk powder on second day.. No iron facility 😔 its a big problem.. Bathroom is very small...

The hotel is very close to the hospital, which was the purpose of our visit. Basic but a very clean, comfortable room with all that is necessary incl. toiletries. for a short stay. Also, very short walking distance to a selection of restaurants serving very reasonably priced good quality food.

a/c was bit noisy and surged, so the room got a bit hot then there was a blast of cold air followed by a process of the heat building again. It really was only a very minor issue.

Staff were really helpful, friendly safe place. So many good spots to eat authentic Thai food. Extended my stay twice . Would highly recommend.

Nearest beach is a hour and half drive but carnt really complain when even in a taxi it will only cost you £18 so is easy accessible to get to for anyone

Large and very good hotel, great value for money. Breakfast is more local with some options for Western tastes. There´s coffee (instant with cream), bread, butter and jam. Large and comfortable bedroom with a good view.

There´s no electricity jack in the bathroom (so we can´t use shaving machines), water tap was broken (but a staff member quickly fixed it). The mattress is far too old and should have been changed long ago.

Nice, clean, good sized room. Bathroom is fine. Hotel staff are friendly. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice.

Although the hotel is located close to the airport rail link, a taxi is still needed to get to the station. Then a train journey and a connection to the BTS to reach the city center. Good, however, if you want to be close to the airport.

Good breakfast. well situated. The room is comfortable. nice cafe attached to the lobby. A massage is also nearby. many good resteraunts on Hua Mak. It is a good hotel

The TV doesn't seem to cater for English speakers very well. The lobby tends to have many people coming and going making it a bit noisy.

There plenary of food places around hua mak , Nice safe place and authentic Thai food. Bangkok main strips is only a short taxi ride away. Staff professional and quick to help. AC wasn't to loud and beds were soft which is rare in thailand.

I was happy with my stay, really enjoyed everything about it.
