The beds were soft and very large. The facility was clean with good security. Very clean and modern. A quiet part of town with several restaurants literally right next door and a 7/11 only a few minutes walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day and kept spotless. The water pressure was excellent. After a long hot day the shower was like a massage. I cannot recommend enough.

Somewhat far from the major tourist attractions. With Bangkok traffic expect to spend an hour or more each way in a taxi. No room service but the hotel staff will help you order food through the app.

Hotel is very modern and clean. It's around a 20-30 minute drive to the airport. There's a hair salon and nail salon next door if you fancy treating yourself.

There's not much to see nearby expect some local shops and restaurants. Staff were lovely but there was a clear lack in English understanding however google translate is a fine solution when trying to communicate with the staff.

Location was great as it is next to Samitivej hospital so stayed here before and after my surgery. Staff were friendly and the room is clean with a very large bed. There is a laundry mat downstairs.

Location isn’t the best other than close to the hospital and easy access to the airport. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but no 7-11 or convenience store.

friendly staff, very clean and had many restaurants nearby. there is also a nail salon, cafe, and most importantly a laundromat downstairs which is convenient for long stays. we opted for this location because of its close proximity to the airport, specifically the airport link. 10/10 would recommend 😄

inside the bathroom, the shower had no sliding door or curtain to close it so the water got everywhere but that's more of a personal preference and not a dealbreaker

The hotel is actually beyond expectation! Staff are very kind and helpful. Room was neat and clean. There is also hydration station, a bit of free snack and snack vending machine downstair. I stayed during a concert at Rajamangala. It only took 3-5 mins by bike to reach the stadium. Highly recommended.

The rooms were always well kept with beds made, towels and toilet papers ready, coffee makers and water stocked. Having Netflix was a bonus. The Cafe on the ground floor was a great start to the day with fantastic coffee.

Although the staff helped as much as possible, there were communication issues as the staff did not speak English. Thankfully with the google translate app, we managed to exchange the necessary details. The doors to the washroom wouldn't lock which was the only downside to the room.

Modern and clean hotel, good value for money. Staff didn't speak English but was very helpful and friendly. Early check-in without paying extra was possible, which is a huge plus. The location is close to the Suvarnabhumi airport. Since I stayed only for one night before taking the next flight, the location was perfect.

Its very far from the center, good choice on last night before a flight. The nice café on the pictures of the property does not exist any more - which was disappointing because for this reason we selected this place. Also no wellness room as on the pictures.

I only stayed for one night but I really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do not offer a restaurant but there are many food places very nearby. A 11/7 is only 500 mts away.

I wished they would offer breakfast. But I survived even without!!

Wi-Fi signal isn't as good as claimed. Sure the speed is great but that's pointless if it chooses to stutter every few minutes. I wouldn't use True if I were the owner.
