We stayed at Xtreme Suites Hotel in Bangkok for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. Despite some reviews saying the hotel is old and not well maintained, we found it to be quite the opposite. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout the stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The entire hotel premises—including the pool, gym, and rooftop area—while a bit dated, were still very clean and well looked after. For the price, it’s excellent value. Many people mention that it's far from the city, but we actually thought the location was perfect. You can easily get a cab to the city for around 150 Baht. And if you're up for a short walk (about 1km), you can reach the Si Kritha Yellow Line MRT station, transfer to Hua Mak Airport Rail Link, and then connect to any BTS or MRT line. Super convenient if you're comfortable using public transport. All in all, a great stay and we'd happily come back!

The the hotel was so pleasant, I extended my stay.. It's a very comfortable nice/clean Hotel with an extremely friendly professional staff. Very kind, professional and understanding management. Everything you need from restaurants, many 24 hour convenience stores, street vendors, giant marketplace right down the street, room service, city views, pharmacies, 24 hour laundry facility right across the street,and a restaurant and bar ( with happy hour )in the hotel lobby area with very affordable prices.. Xtreme Suites Bangkok has a cozy pool to cool down on the roof with Panoramic views of the whole city, next to a room with gym equipment to stay in shape from all the eating you'll be doing. Ordering food from the grab app is super fast delivered by motorbike.. it's everything you need in one spot and close to the airport. With 24-hour security and front desk. They even surprised my sister who is special needs with a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday in the room when they found out it was her birthday. Very nice and unexpected. And with all that, you absolutely cannot beat the price at all. Very very affordable. I booked the superior twin and absolutely love the view. Huge curved window the size of the entire wall with an amazing view of the city. Especially at night. Very good hotel very excellent price. Very nice people working there. Very kind and professional Management. Highly recommend.💯%

Everything was great.🙏😀🙏 Anyone who complains is just spoiled. I read one review, where someone complained the air conditioner wasn't running when they checked in and it took 10 minutes to cool down the room. If that's not nitpicking I don't know what is. The hotel is great!

The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The the hotel is very clean. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. Everything is very modern. They have flat screen TVs large with cable. There's a swimming pool on the roof with beautiful views all around of the entire city of Bangkok. There are chairs to sit in on the roof to enjoy those views. The housekeeping is very kind and friendly and always has a smile on her face. The management is extremely professional., kind, and understanding.

I liked everything. It's a perfect place to stay whether you're solo, on business, or traveling with family. It's everything you could want in one hotel. There are stores and restaurants everywhere. There is nothing that you could possibly not like. It's a great place to stay. 🙏😁😄😁🙏

I liked the lobby design.

The property did not meet my expectations, they have the most amazing pictures so my expectation was sky high, but actually the rooms are more outdated than that. Also there was no aircon in the hotel (only the loby), so thats unpleasant. Also really loud aircon (too loud to sleep with it on -- one of those ancient aircons from the times they were part of ceiling as opposed to a separate item). The fridge was not cold either. Sink was outside in the room, not a part of the bathroom. Also traffic is very close to hotel, quite a lot of noise comming from outside at all hours. Also only 4 stories high - thats probably the least extreme hotel in Bangkok, yet calls itself so haha.

The staff are totally love people from reception right across the board cleaners security all very friendly helpful and accommodating in all ways possible, I stayed in both bigger and the smaller rooms both were perfect for a stay in Bangkok air conditioning was so good, it’s in a great location lots of food vendors and restaurant with a massive variety of dishes and cuisines, Big C and 7 11s all within a hop skip and jump never had to go far for anything I needed, travel to downtown was simple and cheap, via motorcycle taxi to Si kritha train to Hua mak and then transfer to airport line for a direct train ticket Phaya Thai, all for like 2usd . Love this place and the people

Nothing at all

If you're looking for a place to stay in Bangkok without other tourists, then this is the place to book. Very original Bangkok neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, laundries, barber shops and cafees nearby. Skytrain rail is 15 minutes walk away which is quite far for a public transport but it is manageable. Takes 1 hour by walking + skytrain + metro to get to the center and 1-2hours by taxi. It is cheaper too so I recommend to endure the walk! :) Hotel staff were very nice, polite and were eager to help. :)

Gym is a bit lacking. For light training only.

The room is spacious enough for 3 people. I went there for a concert at Rajamangala Stadium (Hua Mak Indoor Stadium) and I'm glad I chose this because I can straight away walk back to the accommodation, which takes 15-20 mins (or you can take Grab if you're willing to pay). The staff are friendly. Breakfast is normal.

There's only one access card given. The window (in my room) cannot be locked. I hear the guest next to my room turning on the TV late at night.

Booked the best suites available and it did not disappoint. Super clean, huge comfortable bed, quiet and spacious room with clean and spotless toilet and shower. The balcony area at front of reception is ideal for waiting for taxis and having a chat with people.

Staff could be a bit more professional.

The room was as big and comfortable as advertised. Everything was in good condition. There were some minor problems with the facilities in the room but the reception staffs helped solve the problem so quickly. The housekeeping staffs were also so very helpful. Overall such a good stay. I did not want to leave.

The hotel is quite old and the facilities in the room could be upgraded.

Strategic location, just nice spot near Rajamanggala Stadium for attending any concert. No need to worry about transportation after any event held at Rajamanggala Stadium, it’s just walking distance. There are 3 7Eleven really near to the hotel, where you can spend remaining balance of your money before going back to your country. The staff is super duper helpful and friendly
