1. No toothbrush; 2. No secure, bolted, in-room safe deposit box; 3. No wake up call service; 4. Windows are very thin with no soundproofing so you easily hear outdoor noise; 5. Walls are very thin with no soundproofing so you easily hear guests talking in adjacent rooms: 6.Many small ants throughout the room, especially in bathroom.

This place is run very professionally. There are very good staff who work at the front desk. The cleaning staff is also very good. There is a small restaurant which serves breakfast in the morning and it was very tasty. I was extremely satisfied with how well The place was kept and the ability of the front desk staff to answer all my questions regarding places to go and how to get there. The shuttle service was excellent to the airport. There is some stores a few minutes walk away from the hotel that had everything you needed. It’s a very safe neighbourhood and I’m not sure why some of the other people who provided feedback said that it seemed a bit sketchy, but there was no Issues whatsoever. Everybody we walked by, were extremely friendly and smiled at us. This is very safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying in here as I’ve stayed in some very sketchy hotels around this airport. You will not be disappointed.

There was nothing I really didn’t like about the property. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great.

Friendly welcome for us, carried everything to room with guidance. Set up a transfer in the morning to the airport at no additional cost. Room was spacious, plenty to offer. Bed was on the harder side for me but my Thai partner was fine with it (just personal preference, i don't fault the hotel for this). Vending machine is always a bonus too for a few snacks, but shops are near by. If we was near by would happily use the hotel again.

Only 2 powerpoint outlets in the entite room, one of which is taken by the television. Needs more powerpoints! While not too bad, the toilet bidet water pressure could be stonger. Inability to adjust room aircon temp (room 410A)

the reservation staff wasn't responsive when I had messaged, email and even tried to call ahead of my stay. It made me worry a bit that my booking wasn't a legit thing.

Less than 10 minutes from the airport, friendly staff, clean and simple accomodation. Access to a small gym, water bottles in the room, air conditioning. Free shuttle to the airport in the morning.

Originally I planned to walk from the airport to the property but this seems very unlikely with the main road in between. Otherwise it was great.

staffs are helpful and friendly. room is clean, nice and comfy. great area close to the airport and impact exhibit center. i was there for a concert alone and mainly commute with grab bike. the hotel is very easy to find for grab drivers. got free breakfast too! which was my fav part. they're simple but fulfilling. also 7E is just behind the hotel! definitely would come back here again. thank you for the great hospitality!

Room was good. Super convenient and close to the airport. saved me a lot of hassle since I got in late night and had to leave early. I needed a safe place to crash for 12 hours.

Not much complaint for the price and convenience.

Perfect hotel to stay for one nigdy, close to the airport. Our stay was comfortable, offers towels, basic cosmetics, water and free shuttle bus to the airport. It is possible to buy small breakfast for 100 THB.

Smell in the bathroom

The Prima Residence was exactly what we needed for an overnight layover. It's very close to DMK airport, and it's clean, quiet and the rooms are well appointed. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
