Great location, 5 mins from pier, 10 mins to night market and mall, 7/11 & massage underneath, good coffee across the road, couple of bars that show football close by, good cheap food underneath, excellent gym two streets over. Room freshly decorated white, decent hard mattress, AC is good, bathroom clean, balcony perfect for drying my running clothes. No issues with noise waking me. Incredible value, staff helped me with anything I needed and do a great job of running the place. Security man always says hello. Highly recommend, will be back in a couple of weeks. friendly staff and helpful staff…they allow us to check-in early like 10:00 am. since we arrived in Bangkok so early. convenient store like 7-11 is right in front of hotel, many local restaurants close by and also massage place. easy to get to centre or famous temple or china town by take a taxi boat, it’s super convenient for us and I would recommend to try taxi boat it’s so fun and also save us a lot of time cause Bangkok is just crazy traffic.

air-con is directly on you when you sleep and bed is not so comfy but compare to the price we paid it’s worth the money.

IT WAS CLEAN, THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, NEAR 7ELEVEN AND NEAR TO LAD PRAO TRAIN STATION. Plus, since this was my concert trip (SEVENTEEN FOLLOW TOUR IN BANGKOK), it was 2.0km from Rajamangala National Stadium. So, its’s near

- Staff does not speak English,so it's sometimes difficult to explain stuff - A bit out of city lines, so u r reliant on bus or cabs

room was nice and spacious, very clean and nice sized bed with a cute little balcony

the bed was slightly abit too hard for me and they didn’t have a laundry service and the one they advised for next door didn’t have a dryer so had a issue trying to find a place to do washing

Good location for my needs. Decent WiFi Very friendly staff and easy check-in and checkout I liked the hard pillows and mattress but it might not be for everybody.

No room service during my three night stay, maybe I read that wrong in the advertising. Hard to find the first time ;)

I really like the room.It is big .It's worth the price. Staff is very accomodating and helpful.
