The hotel has a Balenese touch and very beautiful. Our rooms were Very spacious and comfy. Staff were really friendly.

We were unable to lock Our room #104. It was quite dangerous as anyone can access the room as it has a direct way to/from the main road. Shower manhole was clogged and they will only change the towels when requested.

The furniture and decoration are very fancy. The place is quite and somehow spiritual. I Booked the apartment in the ground floor with the private pool, 2 bedrooms (one twin and one master), and 2 bathrooms. It is perfect for a family. The pool is clean and big (for a private pool), with a nice terrace and a shower. In addition to the big smart TV in the living room, each of the two bedrooms has its own smart TV. The rooms are cozy with good amenities, bathropes, slippers, teeth brushes, condoms... etc. Big fridge in the living room. Nearby big supermarkets open 24 hours.

There is no kitchen or pantry. The location is far from the metro and the city center. Nearest metro station is about 15 min away by taxi. You may not see any tourists or foriengers in the area. It might be difficult to communicate with locals in English.

We stayed in the private room with the private pool. It was spacious, with two bathrooms, living area with a sofa and two bedrooms. The outside pool area had two seats and a love seat that was comfortable and it was nice to have a private pool area

It was ok and clean enough but definitely run down and in need of attention. The pool is old in desperate need of a refurbishment, and could have been cleaned a bit more before arriving. The bathrooms were clean and the bedroom was fine, I didn’t feel there was a strong smell anywhere like has been mentioned before but it could be due to the time of year as the pool area does back into a dirty canal. Inside the master does need looking at, I couldn’t tell if it was mould or just damp on the ceiling and the windows in the living area and main bed room does have a gap and needs something to keep mosquitos out.
