My stay at Atelier Suites was made exceptional by the spectacular staff. They were incredibly helpful and extremely attentive, always going above and beyond to meet every need. Their genuine hospitality and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay truly memorable.

The one major drawback was the noise. The sound insulation was terrible, and I could hear a lot of noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.

Very nice hotel, but as to expect it has a couple downsites as well.. our room was very big and very nice and clean. The hotel looks very nice and from what we saw from it, exactly like the pictures. Also the employees are very friendly and we had a great time here.

You should keep in mind, that it’s quite far from the locations, you might want to go to as a tourist. Whenever we went to the popular sightseeing spots, it took us around 1-1.5 hours to get there by boat or mrt, with taxis not being that much faster due to traffic.. But what bothered us the most was the noise from the street.. it’s a pretty hectic street (with construction work during our stay) and when your room faces the street you get to hear most of it. Still with that said, we really enjoyed our stay and would come here again.

The room was very spacious and the bed super comfy. The shower was hot and good pressure. we got free water every day, clean room and towels. We had a little balcony too. There was free parking for our bike. A lot going on outside the hotel, food, shops, massages, weed stores.

The soap holder in the shower was very unpractical to hold the hotel’s free toiletries. The shower leaked in the bathroom. Cannot smoke on the balcony. The staff couldn’t speak much English which is a bit annoying as we don’t speak Thai and I was asking a few questions that couldn’t be answered. Terrible wifi.

Great for walking purposes

Sound proofing, it was very loud. However, you get what you pay for and they were wonderful.

Very clean and well structured room/hotel. The staff are all really friendly and they have someone to help you with your luggage. We booked a studio room, which is spacious and has its own lounge area with a television and a fridge! It is not located in central Bangkok, but there are many shops, restaurants, street food vendors/ markets around and public transport. It's the perfect location if you want to have a more local experience.

We booked a double bed, but unfortunately the beds are 2 single mattress laid next to each other, which creates a gap in the middle if you lay too central. Even though coffee or tea is only 20 baht, I think this could be free for customers, especially for this price/quality. I've stayed in way more cheaper accommodations and water/tea/coffee was always free.

I liked everything about this place. For the money you pay, it's absolutely impossible to get more comfort than here. Staff is incredibly kind, nice and helpful, and the rooms are always clean and pleasant to be. I planned to stay just for 6 days, and I ended up staying way longer because I simply couldn't think of a better place to be. They also have a cozy gym, and a nice lobby. I can't say enough, if you come on a budget in Bangkok, this is the place to stay. I have been in Bangkok for a long while, and I will cherish the memories of being in Atelier.

Of course it's not the fault of the hotel, but the location in Phlabphla is a bit far from everything. But the neighborhood itself is so interesting and lively with plenty of cafés, markets and food stalls. Wi-fi could be better.

I was actually planning to only stay two days in this hotel , but after I got there I decided to stay my whole vacation(11 days ) there because it’s very clean and comfortable, good service and the location was not that far , what I like most is the smily front desk staff (24 hours there for us ) and very cooperative and friendly specially KAEM, she was very friendly and helpful. There are many services around the hotel , street delicious food ,cafes and bars almost closing 2-3am also there is a night market about 5 minutes drive from the hotel , and if you want to go to the center you can take the boat which is 10 minutes walk from the hotel .

Very fast internet, im from australia/ nz and had to video call back home a few times and the fast internet helped. Housekeeping everyday, gym and eating area on ground floor with free coffee every day. 4 star hotel, towels, toiletries provided and water bottles provided every day.

Just a little bit out of the way so need your own transport or grab or bolt will be your best friend, rides literally take 1min to be booked

I chose this accommodation because of the concert, so it was very close to the stadium. Just keep walking straight along the shops and we'll get there. There are also many places to eat nearby, very convenient. The lobby also sells food and provides hot water.

Rooms that are not facing the sun will be slightly dark. Even though all the lights have been turned on. But overall it was a comfortable stay.

I liked that was clean and they clean it everyday if you ask for it. Its a bit far but anyway you always have to take grab or bolt in the city. They have a night market very close to have dinner with street food.

I think as an improvement they should put mirrors inside the gym to train properly and maybe make it bigger and with more machines to workout.
