Notwithstanding the fact that this is a bit of an odd location for a couple to be staying (we didn’t realise) we had a really nice stay. The room was good, despite not being the room we thought we had booked we slept well at the front of the hotel on the third floor. Walking distance to the beach and about five seven elevens. TV worked fine, bathroom was fine, if a little dark. A kettle would have been a nice touch but there was freely available hot water in reception. a/c was efficient. Hotel was quiet.

Pool got a bit green whilst we were there but was being resolved when we left. A few more loungers would have been nice. Breakfast was typical and not brilliant

Staff were very nice and helpful when needed. Front desk gentleman, Ball, was great. Poolside room was so convenient and pool was awesome. Close to beach, restaurants, and night market.

I didn't like the fact that facecloths were not provided and no microwave. Even one next to the lobby where the coffee is provided would be nice. Also, I myself had concerns regarding the pool deck. It was slippery and should have a nonskid surface or even some type of mat where you enter the pool. There is no pool ladder for getting in and out. For seniors this would be very helpful

CHA AM MY HOUSE Resort was a great find. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the location was perfect—within easy walking distance to the beach, local markets, and lots of food options. I also really liked the breakfast served at the restaurant by the beach, which had a good variety of simple but filling Thai and Western choices. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay.

My room was at the end of the hotel so WiFi was spotty occasionally

The rooms are very clean and the bed was large and comfortable and you got free bottled water every day. Very close to the beach There is also a pool which was lovely for chilling out

Could of done with a kettle in the room although you could make and pay for a cuppa in reception. Can get noisy occasionally at night time with music from the bars

Big rooms with a balcony. Pool view was ok. Going out of the hotel and turn right to end of the street. Go left and after 10 meters right next to the 7/11 is a food court with good food and reasonable prices.

Too many kids at the pool early in the morning. The hotel is located in a street with many ladybars. We did not have a problem and sat at a bar with my sister and girlfriend. But to others it might be a bit weird. Nonetheless we had a good time.

We loved everything about our stay, we wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was great, the staff, the location, the pool and the rooms were very clean, the reception lady gave us an upgrade because she noticed we booked one without a window, but they had a room with a balcony available! Very kind and helpful. I also recommend hanging out at the monkey bar directly across the road for some drinks and pool!

Huge room, cold and powerful air con, big and comfortable mattress, TV with 100 chanels multi languages, spotless clean sheets and towels, big bathroom, fridge, wardrobe, power points everywhere. 4 choices of breakfast.

Swimming pool easily crowded.

After all, the staff in general is very friendly and efficient with an acceptable level of English, they keep the place clean and everything working well,

the room is in acceptable condition

Good location, right on Soi Bus Station. Breakfast is little down the road, about 5 minutes walk, is OK but not spectacular. Pool is decent, rooms at the front can suffer noise if you are planning a few quiet nights in your room, a room overlooking the pool may be a better choice.

Location was great. Close to beach and restaurant where you ate breakfast was outstanding. Excellent value for money all around. Would definitely stay again.

No tea and coffee facilities in room. And tiles in room and poolside a bit slippery.
