Overall a good experience, lots of space, fully stocked kitchen, great location.

It was nice and quiet, but not sure how busy it gets on the weekends.

I stayed in Suite 2 which was overlooking the street and beach. You can hear the surf by stepping onto the balcony. Very quiet and spacious room although the stairs are narrow and may be a struggle for some. Excellent restaurant downstairs. Great wifi signal, two fans in the room plus good AC. I didn't cook anything but the kitchen seemed complete. I stayed an extra night. Good reliable transport to/ from the airport. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Location was fabulous. Right on the esplanade road (opposite the beach) and close to restaurants, 7-11 and bars. Staff were exceptional. So friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Room was exactly as described. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cha Am, although please bear in mind if you have mobility issues or cannot negotiate stairs then it’s probably not a good option (as there isn’t a lift). Wasn’t an issue for us, but some may find it a little challenging.

just a beautiful big spacious room that was clean and tidy with access to a large wrap around balcony with a view of the sea and surrounding area. just sit back and relax. I will miss this place very much.. the only draw back is, there is no lift. I did struggle a bit. overall I highly recommend.ideal for a family of four.

Steps to the 4th floor but not necessarily a negative aspect. Managed to get my daily exercise 🙂

Very large and comfortable apartment with enormous balcony overlooking the sea. Fantastic place for an incredible price. There is a pool available at a nearby facility. Super location.

Hauling our bag up to the 4th floor was a bit of a workout. Other than that, nothing negative.

The quality of the room > price. For the price, you will struggle to get another property that is more modern and in better condition than this. The location is also great if you are going out drinking

Too noisy if you have come for a relaxing beach getaway. But earplugs are sufficient to it block out.

The room size was massive I have never had a room this big in Thailand it's like a penthouse

Great apartment/room on 1st line beach. Everything available right outside your doorstep; chimchum, moo kata, beach, balcony, sea view. Perfect for a weekend trip.

Nice apartment next to the beach and in the middle of everything.

Well, it is in the middle of everything, thus not the most quiet place - which we didn't mind.
