Really great hotel, nice clean room, simple but has everything you need, balcony nice for a beer. we extended our stay multiple times, the place is perfect for a lazy week on the beach. 30 seconds walk you’re at the water, maybe 10 min further for a stretch of beach with sun loungers etc. Staff friendly and helped us book a tour. Room will be cleaned every day and top up your minibar if you put out the sign. Don’t be put off by the bars down stairs, cha am is a sleepy town and everything was quiet by midnight. You get given a voucher every day for breakfast, this gives you 4 choices that are free or a discount towards something else on the menu. All the food we ate there was good and the coffee was decent

The breakfast prices just don’t make sense. For example - A full english breakfast is cheaper than a small bowl of super simple museli yoghurt. Not really a problem but just odd

Everything is perfect. especially the staffs. They CARE about my needs and took the initiative to the next level. For example, when they saw me carrying dirty clothes, they immediately offered to do our laundry and the job was superb and professional! They also helped me a lot in booking motorcyle taxi and car taxi. no hidden fees very open and honest.

No shampoo etc and I had forgotten mine. Only a couple of small soaps were provided and I was directed to 7/11 around the corner when I asked for shampoo. Not helpful! Stairs are steep and very narrow. Would fit a child's foot, not an adults..

No pool but you can use the one across the way for free but it was dirty and an eyesore view.

Great location close to the beach. Very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and the patio was beautiful. We will come back to this hotel the next time we are in Cha-Am

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love that they allow animal companions. I stayed there with my cat and I was able to take her on walks on the nice patio in the back. My cat really liked the patio with all of the plants and the staff were really nice to her. The entire place is kept really clean and cleaned every single day. The guesthouse is also right next to the beach. The guesthouse restaurant also did a great job making soy-free vegan food for me. The food was really good. Thank you so much for a great stay!

I little pricey for the size of the room but you pay for being so close to the beach and the place is kept clean with lots of plants. The only real drawback is this guesthouse is located next to many loud bars. I can't sleep well with loud noises so I had some trouble sleeping when the music was too loud outside.

Well situated, next to the beach and nice places to eat. Several 7eleven neirby. The friendly receptionist, helped us to organize a day trip to visit around.

The building has no elevator and we had our room on the 4th floor.

Location great 3 minutes to the beach. Staff excellent. Great for people watching from balcony.

No hot water or plug in bathroom sink. Breakfast was a let down. Balcony furniture dirty.
