Rooms: spacious and clean rooms, with balconies and awesome sea views. Breakfast: decent buffet with a good variety of Thai and Western choices, including made-to-order eggs. Value for Money: Solid, budget-friendly option, free inside and outside parking.

Location: Even if close to the beachfront, not really in convenient walking distance to the lively district of central Cha-Am Beach. Pool Area: number of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool insufficient for this hotel's size. Wifi: in some rooms too slow or not available.

The communal areas of the hotel were modern, sleek and clean. The swimming pool was nice and I spotted a gym next to it (but didn't use it). The location really couldn't be better. The beach is just across the road from the front of the hotel. In the evening, street food stalls set up along the road just down from the front of the hotel.

The room we had was a bit dated - the bathroom had newish tiles retrofitted around old doors and the chipboard cabinets in the room were losing their covering in places; it was clean though. I noticed a few painters going in and out of rooms on other floors, so maybe the place is getting a freshen up.

Very good buffet breakfast and good coffee. The hotel staff went above and beyond to please. All were very friendly.

The pigeons would come on the balcony or into the room if door was open.

Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. They went out of the way to go online to purchase Bus Tickets from Cha Am to Suvarnabhoomi Airport. They also helped in booking a Rapido for going to Bank for changing money.

Perfect stay at the lovely Golden Beach Cha-am. Friendly, helpful staff located right on the best part of this beautiful beach. Loved the pool.

i don't like fruit. You have only Watermelon and pineapple . you should have more fruit.
