Excellent location and about 100 meters from the beach.

No hot water in the shower that I can recall. The water wasn’t cold but not comfortable enough to shower anytime.

Good cleaning an good bed linen

The staffs were friendly and approchable. The deluxe room was spacious at the same time, matress are of good quality. The AC, shower heater, hair dryer, fridge were all commendable.

The cover of the toilet bowl is well kept but i think it needs replacement.

Great value, pleasant staff and comfortable bed.

Parking was on road

The rooms were comfortable. The WI FI was good. it was very close to the beach which is just across the road.

There was no Breakfast. I knew that before booking anyway. The Swimming pool that is advertised with photos on their website does not exist. If they don't want to build a real swimming pool perhaps they should build a breakfast room with a buffet. It would attract more customers because that is one of the things potential guests look for in a hotel before booking

the toilet seat was wobbly, the bathroom tiling is mouldy, needs cleaning and updating - it was ok

Looks like a decent hotel and location would have been great to be able to enjoy the International Kite Festival. Lots of restaurants, stores and the beach is super close.

We arrived just after 3:00pm and were told that someone booked at the same time as us and paid for a room, so they no longer had one for us. We had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. They told us the same family owned the hotel around the corner and they could accommodate us there. Okay, that works, but then we got there and they wanted to charge us more and wouldn’t honour the price we booked at.
