The location next to the beach was superb - couldn't get any closer! Plus the outdoor pool - a few feet away from the beach, plus the bonus of a private pool at the villa was outstanding. All staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Great choice for breakfast, sitting at our table watching the waves lap onto the beach!

The pool villa has a nice view. The bathroom is great.

The property feels a little tired and not very clean. The room description on Booking.com hows a sofa bed. in reality there was only a two seater sofa which was not comfortable for sleeping. The mattress wasn't clean. We ended up waking up with dozens of bites each morning. Poor selection of food, not what I would expect in Thailand. Very limited choices, only a very limited selection of fruit are a healthy choice. Even hot tea at breakfast costs extra! The location in the middle of nowhere. I would suggest to hire a scooter or taxi to make sure you don't get stranded as we did. The beaches (private and public) are super dirty. Most businesses are closed.

I have book and Paid online via booking.com for 3 person to stay. BUT when i have checkin, Reception tell me to pay extra 1,000 baht per day for 3rd person, they said if not pay they not provide bed and breakfast. (Even i have shown them that i book for 3 people and paid total payment already.) So i have to pay more 2,000 baht to them. And i must pay because if not pay my friend dont have bed to stay & no breakfast for 2 all 2 nights! Then i have rechecked with booking.com to confirm that is my payment include for 3 person and booking.com also comfirm that included and no need to pay extra for 3rd person. However the hotel still confirm me to pay. This is unprofessional and dishonest to guest, there is no any details say to have to pay extra and i also paid for 3 people already in booking.com.
