Location, the hotel is only a stone's throw from the beach. The staffs are friendly, breakfast is also with friendly choices. We chose to stay before Thai long holiday for peace and quiet.

Make sure that you check the pillow cases, and towels provided in the room first. Point it out to the staffs if you find a visible stain. There was a bleach stained on one of our pillow case, and we didn't make a fuss out of it. We understood that the cleaners were very busy turning hundreds of room on that day, and mistakes can happen. The hotel mistook it for a fault on our part when we check out. We denied the charge, of course.

Nice spacious room with sea view, sunrise from your balcony. Cleaning & maintenance very good. I like the large amount of solar panels they have on and around the hotel. Breakfast sufficient, suggest to add at least 1 more breadtoaster. Overall service level exceptional.

Not too much actually. When there are business events or other celebrations, it may be a bit noisy in evening till 10 pm on the left wing of the hotel. Sunbeds at pool all already occupied before 7 am. Suggest to set and communicate rules around this. Many pigeons around the property who poo sometimes on your balcony

Breakfast was one of the best I ever had. Location across from the beach fantastic. Pools were great.

Sat fire show on the beach was beautiful but very short. A kids club with activites would be nice. More shows on the beach would be nice.

spacious room , the breakfast was ok because it's mostly thai style but im ok with it , nice 2 swimming pools one in front the lobby and one in the back.

the elevator is too slow , the breakfast could be improved for foreign tourists.

The location of the hotel’s good. The beach is not so far just cross the street. lots of shops and restaurants near by. 7-11 ‘s not far. The room ‘s really clean and big. the bed’s comfortable.

The staffs at checkout counter were not customer friendly at all. I understand there were many people checking out and you were overwhelmed. But the staffs should had service mind and talked to customer nicer way. I asked for the receipt upon checked out but the staff told me I had to inform them in advance then she turned away from me. the other staff asked me why did I need the receipt. I think this’s my right to ask for it and the staff shouldn’t ask me that question. She told me it will take time to prepare the receipt because it’ll be written by hand. I told her no problem I could wait. Finally I got my receipt.

Pool closed early. We would have liked to swim in the evenings after our meetings, but the pool closed early.

Great location right on the beach ⛱️ all the staff are lovely and go out of there way to help.
