It is an absolutely beautiful location for rest and relaxation, surrounded in 50 shades of green 💚 staff were helpful and friendly. Beautiful villa perfevt for family.

One air con in the upstairs bedroom would not work correctly so too hot to sleep for 1 child. The lovely staff tried to to fix when raised. If you dont have a car then there is nothing close around in easy walking distance so we were limited to eating at hotel ($$$) or at 1 restaurant across the road only.

A luxury accommodation near the city, with super comfy beds and staff who know how to please. Quiet, with a restaurant that has previously boasted a Michelin chef.

Unfortunately, the central boiler failed during our one-night stay, thus cold showers were all that were available, even though we waited until 15 minutes before checkout at noon. Staff adjusted 15% off our restaurant tab as an adjustment for no hot water. This was the equivalent of $13 off the room rate.

The rooms and location are beautiful. Even the next block that says “didn’t like” isn’t really a didn’t like just things that could be added to make it even better!

Not so much didn’t like but would make the experience even better: if a hotel shuttle could be added and perhaps a little better wifi.

The property was carefully designed and the environment is so beautiful! We were impressed by the food, nice staffs, professional services!
