The owners! Lovely and dedicated people. Ready to help and share at any time. The pool is a plus also. And it is pretty calm and far from the extensive Farang industry on the city side. Here it is a bit more respectful. Since I was here several weeks I also met some people that came for a few days. And I met only good quality people here. Do not hesitate to rent a scooter and then everything will be close to you. If you stay by foot, you got the every day market a 5’ walk and a gym just in the other side of the road.

Some times, big parties of roosters singing in the night. But that’s ok.

The lovely Thai couple running the business were just exceptional. They want the best for the guests. It’s quiet and peaceful. Most people staying there are there for the same reason - peace, freedom, relaxation. The staff provide toothpaste, tooth brushes, soap etc during the stay, you can also use the washing machine for a small fee. The man helped us with renting a bike nearby which is needed as it’s a little off the beating track. The man comes out every evening to close your bike seat with a towel so it’s not too hot to sit on by morning. Really really good people. I would stay again just because I loved the staff & the cats.

We had noisy guests one night but the staff tried their best to resolve this - it can be hard with groups of travellers!

We stayed as a couple and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed layout, the pool, outdoor breakfast bar, the family who run it were very hospitable, free use of their motorbike/scooter, we just paid for petrol. Free simple breakfast; fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee. The owner even took us back into town early morning the day of our check out for a small fee. Small town but you really get to meet the locals and everyone is so lovely and helpful even though english isnt their first language. There is also a gym directly across the road where we paid for private muay thai/kickboxing classes. Was a great stay just outside the city and a nice way to slow down. We also attended the local temple and the locals encouraged us to join in on their ceremonies. Great stay 9/10!

The huts are hollow so you may hear your neighbours. There are chickens and roosters nearby so you might hear them but they werent too much a bother, it honestly just adds to the whole Chiang Mai countryside experience of your stay :)

When we arrived the huts didn't look anything like they do on booking, but they are doing renovations and it didn't effect us at all, so no problems. Accommodation was great and the pool was great. An easy 20 min walk to 711 either left or right. Found some good hidden gems to eat at, just bare in mind if you want to go out for the day then you're better off getting a bike. This place is amazing for a chilled and quiet getaway, loved hearing all the sounds of nature, was very relaxing. Huts are super cosy and comfortable, WiFi is good. Also you can use grab to order food as accommodation doesn't serve food. Host's are very friendly, warm and welcoming. Would definitely visit again.

Great pool, cute cats around, coffee and hot water all day, bed is comfy and the bathroom very clean and good water pressure. Free scooter for short rides to the store, 20b laundry :)

Definitely out of town, if you are planning to go to Chiang Mai every day, this isn’t your hotel. Lots of road work / traffic towards Chiang Mai. Bamboo huts are not very isolated, can hear snoring and talking at night from neighbors.

Secluded place which is peaceful and beautiful. The huts have all the basics you need. AC works amazingly and the shower (although very basic) works perfectly and you don’t need anything more. There is a nice selection of coffee or hot chocolate with some biscuits for breaky (or night time snack).

Only thing is it’s far away from everything. But this isn’t necessarily a bad thing - you are away from the business of the main city. And everything is only at least a 30 min drive away (the night bazar which I definitely recommend going to is only a 20 minute drive).

Just amazing! The owner is super nice and very helpful. He felt like a grandpa who took care after me. I could use a bike for free and they also have motorbikes that you can use for free. They even let me cook in their kitchen because there where not so many vegetarian options in the neighborhood. The house is great with and pool. I really felt great between the locals in a small village.

The hosts were fantastic, they are genuinely nice. They will ensure you are comfortable.

Space ok for short time but for a month or longer, might feel a bit small. As many said lots of animal sounds at night but that is the location for you, outside of the city in the countryside.

Nice, chill location. Would be perfect if you have a motorbike/ebike. For me, I just walked to surrounding areas and it was good. Nice elephant carving museum nearby.

Some of the lighting in the rooms is a little dim, so I think that could be improved. And I would prefer if there were fans in the rooms because I don't like A/C much and fans are better at keeping mosquitos off at night than mosquito nets, in my opinion. Overall, it was great though.
