It’s about an hour from Chiang Mai international airport. The hotel is located very close to all the outdoor activities. We visited several elephant sanctuaries, ATVs, zip line, white water rafting etc. We stayed for 5 nights and the staff did all the way to help us, such as remembering what we like for food and drinks making our stay so welcoming and comfortable. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Unfortunately the swimming pool needs more maintenance - cleaning the wall of pool. Hopefully they will have more guests so they can perform more regular maintenance of the facility. Having so many villas and fantastic outdoor activities nearby, I think this place is perfect for the school trip. They may want to promote themselves to the international schools in neighbouring countries like Singapore.

The staff at the Resort, were so welcoming and helpful. They helped us get to our volunteer work at the Elephant Nature Park on our first day, and nothing was too much trouble. A most special mention goes to the wonderful Chai who was a smiling face, efficient, friendly, so helpful staff member. Chai is excellent at his job and made our stay fantastic. The Resort is so lucky to have such a wonderful employee.

The resort is undergoing some renovations due to the recent flood . They are trying their best to get it back to normal ( ie second cafe open)

Lovely room with nice outside space. Nice walk to the swimming pool and dining area and the restaurant building was really elegant with a beautifully lit view and the reception area was very attractive too. Breakfast was good and the two dinners we had were high quality. I hope the resort will be able to encourage more people - I know the flooding in the area in October meant they had to cancel bookings. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.

When we arrived there was a bad smell perhaps due to plumbing issues, but this disappeared quite quickly. No issues otherwise, everything was immaculate

This place is absolutely gorgeous. It went through a rough time during the floods of oct2024. It was hit pretty badly, so they are still working on cleaning and repairing, but they are doing such a great job and it doesn’t impede the enjoyment of the place at all. It even made our stay even more special because we were only a few guests. Take full advantage before it’s bursting with guests again. Chai, the MaitréD, is exceptional and really made our stay! A fantastic retreat by the river, about an hour from Chiang Mai. Various bungalows with garden or river views—we chose one by the river with a shared pool, offering a peaceful stay. The large main pool by the restaurant has never been crowded either. Breakfast is well-arranged with local, Asian, and Western options, and the restaurant is great for all meals. Best of all, it’s close to elephant camps for walking, bathing, and riding—highly recommended

The grounds and the room are wonderful. There is a lot to see and the staff and local residents were very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area and hotel grounds looked like a lush jungle. The hotel, including the entrance and dining area was amazing. The hotel is located a short 5 minute ride from the elephant Sanctuary and the hotel provided transportation to and from the sanctuary.

The hotel was located over an hour away from the city.

The staff were friendly and ready to accomodate you. The breakfast was good, not the selections you would have at a five star, but still good. The location is about an hour and half drive from Chiang Mai. The spa grounds have plenty of space for walking, great coffee lounge near a river for relaxing, and beautiful pool area. Next to an elephant camp so you can see the elephants. We saw a parade of oxen carts with tourist which was a nice photo opportunity. I highly recommend this place.

Gorgeous. Great staff. Delicious free breakfast. Pool is massive. Very clean. Bath tubs & showers with hot water.Great location for all the elephant places.They set up transportation. The food was so good!

All beds in Thailand are very firm. Grab doesn't work out there. Hotel food is 2-3x more expensive than everywhere else and not many local places. Mini bar expensive.

I liked the beautiful grounds and landscaping. I also liked seeing their signs on the road driving to see them. The wifi worked well in my room, the shower had great hot water, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and the pool was clean. We enjoyed the free bicycles. I would recommend.

Their staff needed to light the candles under the hot food containers earlier at breakfast. I got cold eggs at 7:15 and the man lighted these at 7:30am. Breakfast starts at 7 am. Also, they should bolt down the safe in the room. I could put valuables in the safe and someone could pick up the safe and walk away. All else was great with the stay,

The surroundings and nature were absolutely exquisite, and gave you the opportunity to unwind, by riding the bikes, or walking along the creek. JoJo In reception was absolutely amazing, and helped organise transport, he is a real asset to the resort.

I have to be honest the food and waiting staff did not match the overall experience of the rest of the resort. The food was absolutely below standard with both Thai and Foreign options. This needs to be addressed as it let down the complete experience of the resort. Staff to busy playing on their phones to clean tables, and to inform that they had run out of wine also when ordered. Fixing this area of the resort is absolutely necessary as the food was very bad.
