Great place 1h aprox north of Chiang Mai. 20min motorbike to Sticky Waterfall. They have a huge beautiful and peaceful garden and a restuarant only for guests open all day, very nice. Rooms are spacious and offer a perfect stay. They offer bike and kayak rental.

All was positive but only would suggest to organize taxi for pick up in advance, Grab app not working always there. Also in the village there are a couple of places to eat local. But better if you have a motorbike or a car to visit the surroundings.

I could not have had a better time staying at Le Cocotier. Where to start? The location is stunning (big garden amidst picturesque countrysides) and everything I've had in the restaurant was truly perfect. But the best of all has to be the staff! Mai and the rest of the team have been nothing short of amazing - he has a ton of knowledge about the region, and I had the opportunity to go for a pleasant mtb ride with him. I will come back here, no doubt! Thanks for everything!

Nothing to dislike.

It was a great time there. The hotel was clean. The staff were nice and very helpful with organising tours. The receptionist guy spoke in English very well. They could provide vegan food. The environment at the hotel is beautiful. The room looked to a nice garden, the bathroom window looked to a rice field. During the night there was only natur sounds, no traffic noise at all. This is a great place to relax in short.

The staff were great, Tina was awesome. We were stuck with no accommodation for a night during Songkran. All places booked out but she rang the hotel and spoke Thai for us and secured a room. The location is close to beautiful waterfalls and a huge lake with boat rides, It’s a rural setting so not a lot of restaurants around but we managed. Rooms are spotless. Grounds are lush.

The staff was the most friendly staff I have ever encountered, they made the stay amazing! We went on a beautiful mountainbike tour with the person working the front desk, he showed us all the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel. It was amazing!

The room had everything we needed and was comfortable.

The hotel had no restaurant and had nothing around it to be able to buy food, you needed a car to go everywhere. It's in the middle of nowhere. We were also stuck there in the middle of a storm and were the only ones there, quite scary.

Many places lack character and offer only bland surroundings. Le Cocotier has soul and is ensconced in a beautiful garden. Not a french or english one with manicured beds of flowers but a luxuriant, green, exotic expanse with thai-style exterior gazebos and pavilions where one can introspect and rest from the multiple activities that the property offers.

The staff, the place, the view It's really a great spot.

Guess need there own way of transportation to get around.There is no restaurant around, thank for the host they cooked for us. There are no Bolt or Grab available. Thank for the host, they drop us at the bus station.

Nice accommodation near Si Lanna National Park. Comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. Nice food in the restaurant.

We loved the location of this hotel, in beautiful countryside on the edge of a small village. Lovely country walks right from the doorstep. A good location about one hour North of Chiang Mai, and ideally placed for many local activities including elephant parks and Sticky Waterfall National Park. Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Very good value at around TB1000 per night. Good simple food on site plus a good local Thai restaurant 200m away.
