The Brothers that run the show are amazing. They just bought the hotel and everything was beautiful! They will go out of their way to make everything perfect! The shared stories as well as the breakfast every morning was the cherry on top of a remarkable stay in Chiang Mai. I will definitely be staying here again in the future and hope to take advantage of the extensive knowledge that they have to offer on the areas activities. Thanks again guys, everything was wonderful!

It was a bit out of the center but Grab is cheap and works wonderfully if you do not have a motorbike, the property can help you rent! Overall a perfect stay for my 5 nights!

Room & Toilet are spacious , the room that we stay 2nd days onwards are very comfy. Breakfast was good , The owners are friendly and their giving their best service to us . You can have car rental & Motor rental and also you can arrange the rides with hotel to airport , it is very convenient

Actually I requested to have the room facing swimming pool , because I heard feedback that the room facing road are noisy . But the owner change us to a family room which the cupboard and table looks antique which makes me feel abit not comfortable . She said will change us to the other room next day , luckily they did that , as the other rooms looks more modern and comfort . Anyway overall experienced was good .

Our stay at the Thai Hotel ChiangMai was wonderful. The two brothers, who own it, are incredibly kind and helpful and treated us like friends. You can book a lot of trips, transportation (taxi, scooter, car) here at low prices and they organise everything for you. Our room was very big, clean and had a beautiful balcony. They also cook breakfast, lunch and dinner for you, everything tasted really good!! If you ever go to ChiangMai, we highly recommend this place! We felt 100% at home, they give you a lot of local tips and try to make all your travel wishes within Chiang Mai come true.

Where do I start? Absolutely everything was completely above and beyond from these guys I initially only booked for 3 nights, and ended up staying for 8. -Was first offered a lift from old town to the hotel during my accommodation change. Didn't accept but a lovely touch to offer -Early check in allowed despite short notice. -Greeted with huge smiles and one of the warmest welcomes I've ever received at a hotel. -Managed to secure me a discount on multi day bike hire (admittedly not the best price or bike quality I've ever received, but convenient and competetive) -Offered room cleaning daily even when I didn't request it -Offered me breakfast every day even when I woke up and went downstairs late -Huge smiles and friendly chats every time I walk past reception -They even helped me print a visa document at super short notice and helped get it delivered to me - all this 48hrs AFTER I checked out of the hotel. Everything well presented and spotless. Amazing stay, amazing service - I will be back. Thank you guys.

I'm going to extremely "nit-picky" here just to be objective, almost everything I have to say about this place and the staff is absolutely perfect 1- for me personally, the pool was too shallow. I couldn't swim in it and was more just somewhere to float around in for 20 mins until i got bored/cold. I'd say it's great for families with youngish children though (presumably who it's for, given that one of the owners has a couple of young kids himself) - as opposed to 6'6 single blokes like me 🤣 2 - the location is just a tad out from the centre (10-15mins on bike/taxi) this was never an issue for me persoanlly as I had bike hire, but some without own transport may find a slight hindrance.

Very good hotel run by a fantastic team. Our twin room and the ensuite bathroom were spacious, very comfortatable and we enjoyed the large balcony overlooking next door garden. The staff is super lovely, very helpful and accommodating. We are easy travellers but still they have gone beyond our expectations to ensure we had such a lovely time in Chiang Mai. They offer good rate for rental bike, taxi and day tours. It was also really good value for money considering the room size here, the inclusive tasty breakfast, comparing with the previous accommodation we booked in the old town.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcomed us with a fresh coconut shake. The room is bright, big and well equipped. Breakfast is delicious, all in all we felt very welcome and actually booked already another time with this hotel.

Our room was located to the main road and in the mornings it could become a bit loud - that's just with the Thai building style though, so best bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

This is the best place ever. They arranged all activities offered excellent advice cooked food for our family of four any time. They even prepared breakfast on the go for us.. You will enjoy this stay so please book here 7 eleven across the road. Self laundry across the road lots if street food if you want it. Quiet area but cheap taxi away from anywhere, which can be booked cheap from the front desk. And the staff are fantastic they treat you like family, when we come back this will be the first stop

The hotel is run by two brothers and their families. They are beyond super friendly! -They will help you book trips for fair prices. No need to pre-order anything basically. Helped me rent a car for a good price with proper ensurance etc. Just great! -Try the chicken breakfast made by the older brother. It’s godly!

The location is a bit off which is compensated by them offering a good priced drop off service. Use the Grab App to get back home again.

I loved everything - hotel, pool, breakfast. Hotel is run by very kind and hospitable family, very profesionall too. Always helpfull in any inconviniece - I got an upgrade of the room, and it was amazing. The family is very friendly too and gave me a lot of recommendations for activities and places.

Very noisy electrical box in the room, but the owner apologized for the noise and gave me a discount. I very appreciate all the service and help what they gave me, I highly recommend this place! <3
